As a builder we used to give all our jobs to Brandram's ONLY. Last year they totally messed up with all order.

Now new management in Vic the worst ever!

The sliding door is rusted after a week. It is made of iron. I have never seen anything like this

While I can't comment on the the product itself yet, I do want to highlight the patient, informative and extremely valuable service I received from Michelle Mansfield at Bradman's Carrum Downs earlier today. I came with a list of questions - and many more that emerged during our chat. Michelle's knowledge is terrific but importantly, she's very pragmatic too. It's great to deal with someone who actually listens to the client as opposed to the transactional service given by many. My sincere thanks to Michelle who helped me so much today!

Incompetent, inept and unprofessional are just a few words to describe the appalling experience I have had dealing with Bradnam’s Windows and Doors.
From Dealing with the General Manager to having delivery drivers turning up to my property twice with no notification what so ever and DUMPING a door on my front porch. The sheer lack of customer service, care and empathy towards their mistake is beyond belief.
If Bradnam’s company policy is to employ unprofessional and Inadequate staff, then congratulations you have achieved your goal!
The only shining light in this bleak experience were Shane and Glen the Installers who were professional, courteous and understanding.
In all my years dealing with and being a retail customer have I experienced such a poor level of service. I’m surprised this business is still operating.

Had I come here to read these reviews, I would have never dealt with this company. I ordered and paid for a door in November 2021 and delivery was booked for February 2022. When the door didn’t turn up I rang only to find out that it was never put through their system.

A new delivery date of April 2022 was set and again the date was missed. When the door finally arrived two weeks later it was the wrong size!
Another door was ordered and finally delivered, but this time it was incomplete. Beads and glass were missing.

Finally today, 7 months later the door is complete. I understand that the building industry has had challenges over the last couple of years, but the incompetence at Bradnams is mind blowing. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me.

I would have given them zero stars if it wasn't for Michelle who as very helpful.

The proverbial ten foot pole is too short to touch them with.

So many defects, from broken handles to fly screens not closing. Insufficient silicone filler used. Then it takes weeks for them to reply to our calls. Then after they finally reply, they want to charge $700 for a service call out and for replacement parts to fix their defects! They claim it will be refunded, but judging by how long it took them to reply, I most likely wont see that money for years! Truly outrageous service and I cannot believe they act like this.

Worst customer service as I got laughed at on the phone from 3d Windows when our door locked itself and we had to call a lock smith. Lucky we weren’t cooking as it could have been very dangerous outcome. The lady at 3d Windows did not want to help or try to find my file to fix the lock. Very upsetting

Absolutely worst customer service. Unable to get hold of anyone or a return call after leaving several messages. I have had a faulty lock to my sliding door and unable to lock it. My house is insecure with 3 kids.

Observed a bradmnams driver of vehicle rego Y51074 this morning (13/5/21) from approximately 6: 50 am On greens Rd Dandenong sth, driving eradicate, stayed in the right hand lane all the way down the sth gippy hwy untill he needed pound Rd, cut across 2 lanes of traffic (from the right lane to the left hand turning lane) continued in the right hand lane. He was not overtaking, driving like he was racing the other drivers and no concern for the other motorists he was obstructing in his truck. Do your driver's need retraining?

This review relates specifically to Bradnam's Windows & Doors Point Cook showroom, and I'm only giving it one star becuase there is no option to give no stars at all. We've just been subjected to the most appalling display of "customer service" I've ever experienced. The salesperson had absolutely zero interest in providing any kind of information whatsoever. Bad luck for them, as today's query about replacing a sliding door could have led to an additional two additional door replacements and 27 window replacements. You, dear sir, might not be "a supermarket" (we did not assume that you were!) but you also won't be getting our business due to your smarmy remarks and your complete disinterest in providing a modicum of service to your customers. We look forward to taking our business elsewhere.

So many window problems, leaking windows, creaking windows, twice we had people out, and now the last guy has GLUED our flyscreens to stop rattling so I cant clean the window! Can't get some fly screens off either. Extremely disappointed.

UPDATE. Emailed, no response. Surprise surprise.

We had 2 custom windows made for us late last year. Very happy with the product - even happier with the service. We were dealing with Jenni Crabbe. She knows what she's talking about, very clear and helpful and a good communicator, providing us with timely updates.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in touch with the CS at Bradnams TWICE.on each occasion several emails pass back and forth giving them all the info they ask for then NOTHING, no call back, no contact at all. It's as if once they know you have their windows installed they do not want to know you. I would never have their windows in my new build again. If I could give minus stars I would give minus five!

Could customer service get any worse, From Bradnams windows & doors, YES IT CAN! After posting my review above there’s a response requesting I give more details in an email to Kristian. I sent the requested email on the same day as was asked. TWO WEEKS LATER NO RESPONSE or REPLY of any sort. So I tried to telephone them only to get a recorded message saying to leave reason for the call and full details ‘again’. This company obviously believes that customers who want after sales service can be just ignored not realising that reviews such as this costs sales, but it would appear they just don’t care. If you think you might need after sales service after a purchase of either windows or doors, DON"T buy from this company!

We had double hung double glazed windows installed in our new home. Bradnams came out twice to repair and still not operating at the required capacity. Takes two people to close the windows. On one occasion a window sprung open in the middle of the night and another we were overseas and a neighbour noticed we had an open window! So very disappointing as we paid a lot of money for quality but certainly did not obtain that.

We have been using Bradnams for most of the Windows and doors in our Tiny Home builds for several years now. We have found the Windows and doors to be good quality at a broad price range and their customer service is second to none! Michelle's knowledge and support has been fantastic and Jenna's ability to get us same day quoting helps us and our business be on top of the game. Keep up the good work everyone, look forward to many more prosperous years ahead!

Lots of mistakes but manage to fix them all, except the glass supplied in 4 of 7 the windows were badly marked and the glass company wouldn’t replace it. Make sure you check the glass thoroughly before you accept your windows.beautiful windows but very disappointed in the the finished product.
