Very busy during school holidays, had to book a lane and return later, otherwise excellent service.

Good place to spend time with family or friends bowling, school holidays have great deals and then the Arcade isn’t the best but there’s a mix of things good for kids and claw machines but staff are nice.

Play every week and have a great team the staff are incredibly hard working people and your going to have a great time bowling

It was great fun but didn't like that we couldn't order food when we wanted, we had to wait till our lane number was called and by the time it got close to us we were already leaving. Silly procedure but otherwise good for a quick family bowl

Very bad experience at this place. Bowling Machines get struck and needs to be reset frequently.customer service really bad.no managers on duty.owner doesn't respond to any email queries. Not recommended at all

Good place for bowling never ever go for food its bit expensive but it’s not good at all coffee was horrible and very poor quality.if you want just bowling go for it.

Fun place to go with the kids, unfortunately staff were rude, seemed like everything was too much trouble in the Cafe and came across unprofessional at the counter. A smile would go along way.

I went here with a bunch of friends to play bowling, which was all well and good until they looked at my Asian friend, assumed he was stupid and then put the rails up, hindering his game. After this blunder they decided to fix it, but pronounced his totally white sounding name as "Fried Rice" its pronounced as "Flayed Race" and I'm offended that the employees at this store decided to call him that, I won't be buying bowling equipment from this store again, as a non-racist white person I am offended by the racism. Yeet

Worst service ever. Their machines are malfunctioned and they didnt give us a new game nor a refund

Ended up here tonight after narre warren 10pin being booked out (didnt realise i needed to pre book and had a 2 hour wait) staff fabulous, friendly and helpful. We had a 6 year old with us who was hell bent on bowling as his friday night choice of activity, this place was beyond his expectations and we all had a ball. Well done bowland. U should be really appreciative of your friday night staff! Will def recommend to family and friends:)

We played 2 games here and during the games the lane malfunctioned 3 times and we constantly had to wait for it to get reset which was frustrating and the manager was very rude and didn’t want to hear about it nor did she want to issue a refund/reset the games.won’t be coming back.

Food was sub standard
Scores are wiped off score board at the end of the game before you get a chance to read them. Especially if you have more than 5 players.
Wouldn't recommend.

Great place with many activities, including bowling. Many arcade games for people as well. Recommended for people looking for something to do

Very rude female staff member, she has no respect for customer and looks as if she doesn’t want to be there, the bowling was ok but I was put off by her behaviour.

Quality of lanes are poor and they got rid of the pool tables without explanation. When I asked why, no response. Their customer service is poor and other reviews agree. Not coming back.

Staff need some customer service training- if we paidfor bowling we also expect some respect from staff, or at least be nice to customers and not rude. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

First time bowling. Friendly staff, lots of space and had lanes available. Could do with a Air hockey in the arcade which has amble room and another pool table. 1 is not enough. Clean and tidy. Would come back. Fun for the kids and any age.

Needs better lighting in the seating area next to the bar. Only staff who is friendly jack (curly hair, side burns). Older lady behind the counter is super friendly towards her age group, however when serving the younger customers, is very rude and blunt. P. S the quality of bowlers here is laughable, literally D grade bowling is what is practiced here (on a good day)

The Bowling is only okay.
Continues to give scoring problems and for every losing the ball. I had to run 2 balls to keep going.
Look at the last photo scoreing says 6 pins down but 5 are still standing.
Getting a few gutter balls on first shot but it will score 1.
Was told that it is school holidays and it is too busy back there.
Will not be back.

Pathetic place, wouldn’t recommend it.especially for groups. Gross food & wanted to surcharge $20 to bring a birthday cake. One young man staff with glasses & overgrown hair, super rude to our kids.
