Terrible bowling place!
All of their bowling balls are saturated in oil and the lanes are so oily that the ball does not spin at all.
The staff also take no pride in their work and even shut the doors 40 minutes early to start cleaning, even though they don’t close until 9pm.
I have had this encounter more than once and strongly suggest you visit bowling centres elsewhere!

A great place for kids and adults. Hot snacks and coffee available. Not sure if they have change table for babies. Staff maintains the cleanliness and hygiene by wiping tables and ball as soon as someone finish using them

Very very expensive. 5 year olds same price as adult. Staff member was nice and helpful. Will only play 1 set next time. For 6 people, 2 sets, $207.

As a support worker. It was extremely disappointing to come here and be told if I wanted to play with my client I needed to pay also and they don't accept companion cards. What an absolute joke and money grab! You should be ashamed of yourselves

My friends and I had heaps of fun here today. This place has a cool, funky vibe. Their bowling alleys are good and their seating areas are clean, spacious and comfortable. The rustic fries that you can buy at the food counter are absolutely scrumptious. The staff are kind and friendly. There is also a fun little arcade area to play at.

It’s an enormous bowling alley with an awesome vibe to it, maybe from the 80s or 90s. Probably because of the bowling animations on the screen. If you’re worried about the bowling shoes, you can bring a spare pair of socks.

I Was pleasantly surprised by how big this place was. From the moment we walked in all the staff looked so efficient cleaning tables promptly. Sweeping floors and organised super friendly and flowed. Nice to see everyone working together and getting the job done. Makes our experience awesome and I felt valued and looked after. Everyone seemed like they were relaxed and enjoyed what they do.

Had alot of fun here last month. Very clean and COVID-19 safe with everything. Really friendly staff, great prices for groups playing.just all round good fun

Party booking process is terrible. Spent 3 months sending online booking enquiries, followed by emails and phone calls- with no response of call back. Eventually was told they are not taking booking during June and July so left with a few weeks to book a party elsewhere.

Good lanes, bad prices. For a place that charges you $17 per game it would be really nice if they had more than one apply toilet paper in the girls bathroom.

Fully vaxxed, mask exempt (with proof) still told cant bowl.upset kids (under 12) and not at all impressed - bowled last wk no masks no problem - the older guy is so rude and disrespectful - dont waste your money - have a family fun day elsewere

Staff were incredibly friendly and positive. The venue was very clean and we can’t wait to go again.

I am a support worker for a client with a disability. Booked a tine to go bowling to be told when we arrived that there is no such thing as a companion card, to which I told the man, there is but maybe they do not accept them. We were informed that if I do not bowl we can not stay, due to covid, which I understand, but would have been nice to have been told this when I made booking. My client is not able to drive or bowl without her support worker. My client was very upset and said she wanted to leave as the man was very mean. He has now discriminating against someone with a disability and made her excluded from bowling by not accepting companion card.

We had a fun afternoon at Bowland Cranbourne!
It was lovely and clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only negative is. I didn't win out of our group! I think my ball was broken!

Lots of lanes, heaps of balls in different sizes, clean tables near bowling and more near the food. Arcade area for even more fun.

Decent hot food options at reasonable prices. Lots of salt and oil for the kids
They even have beers and spirits if the parents get bored

Super friendly and helpful staff, great with the kids.

Slightly over priced but good food, good facilities. Have just recently changed the way you play the arcade games. They now make you buy tokens which cost more then they are worth

Went for a kids birthday party, so great and kids had so much fun and staff was so helpful and food was yummy.
