This is the 3rd time I've had the amazing team at Botanics create a beautiful arrangement for my girlfriend and all I can say is they always exceed expectations!
I've also always had great customer service, from checking to ensure they got the correct details to moving deliveries forward.

I booked Botanics to do my wedding flowers and several years later, I still marvel at what they created. Shane has a talent for understanding a vision even when you can’t articulate it, so my only brief to him was that the flowers were white and featured lots of texture. I couldn’t have imagined how incredible they actually were. Shane also added little thoughtful touches, such as putting succulents in my bouquet that we potted afterwards.

The store offers a carefully curated collection of beautiful flowers, plants and gifts, with ever changing window displays. The quality and design of their arrangements are excellent and Botanics is able to accommodate budgets big or small. They're my first stop when I want flowers for the house or to send a gift to someone.

I ordered birthday flowers for a friend who lives a couple of streets over. When I enquired about delivery costs the lovely man said “no problem we’ll just walk it over” this NEVER happens! Thank you so much for being human and delivering an incredible floral display that Sarah absolutely loved. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Botanics of Melbourne were our florists for our wedding this past Jan and I couldn't have loved our flowers more! These guys will cater to whatever vision you have with creativity and flair. I have ordered flowers from Botanics a few times now, and every time I am delighted at the beautiful arrangements and high level of customer care. Truly personalised service that is rare these days. I wouldn't order flowers from anyone else.

I'm not sure why this florist gets such rave reviews. I was just delivered an arrangement which my mother had ordered through a local florist in England. Usually when flowers arrive you get a "wow - that's gorgeous! - how lovely". And all I could think of was - "how sad". I phoned up the florist and to see if I could change it - even for just a bunch of flowers. Sadly their attitude was take it or leave it - that's our style. So I guess I will and certainly won't be using them again or recommending them. Shame really. What should have been such a lovely start to Christmas - has left a nasty feeling.

Shane really knows his stuff.i bought a monstera from Botanics 2 years ago and it’s still alive & healthy, it’s a record! Best advice ever for a notorious plant killer. Botanics is just the most amazing florist. Everything they produce is an absolute work of art. Not only that, but the quality of the materials used and the price is absolutely value for money. Shane saved me on my wedding day! He is an absolutely wonderful, caring and genuine business owner. I got married in August 2015 and I stupidly ordered and paid for flowers from a different florist. The day of my wedding came and this florist delivered my flowers. THEY WERE HORRENDOUS. I was in tears. My mother suggested I call Botanics. I forwarded him the email I sent the first florist and he turned up on my doorstep in two hours with THE BOUQUET OF MY DREAMS. He also wrote me a beautiful card. He truely made me a happy bride.

Shane and the team at Botanics were wonderful to work with. From our first meeting they were very accommodating and we received many wonderful compliments on their behalf. Everything they did, the arbour, hanging installation, bouquets and buttonholes were made with great care and detail. We couldn't have been happier!

Nice staff drove pasts and stopped for a gift as didn’t have time to go to our favourite florist had a nice girl who helped pick a plant for house warming gift was expensive but was expecting that.

I have purchased a lot of flowers in the past, but the arrangement I ordered for my son and his wife after having their baby son 4 weeks ago was truely magnificent!

More than happy! I don't like ordering flowers over the phone due to some very bad past experiences. I spoke with Shane who recommended orchids to cope with the hot weather for the next few days. Not my fave, but I took his advice on board. Flowers were delivered first thing this morning to my daughter's work, so she can enjoy them all day. She loves them and so do I. Absolutely stunning! There was not another supplier that made me feel more special & important during the preparations of our wedding. Even with what i considered 'basic floral needs', my request were both managed and delivered beyond expectation and every detail managed with such care and love. The bouquets and floral structures were stunning.
