Botanics of Melbourne Florists

Shane and the team at Botanics of Melbourne did the floristry for our wedding in Dromana in February. I was so incredibly blown away by the flowers when they arrived, they exceeded all of my expectations and Shane is one talented florist.

Shane was incredibly lovely to deal with in the lead up to our wedding, and he went out of his way to secure the floral varieties that I had my heart set on. Trust him and you will not be disappointed.

Each creation was a work of art- from the last minute bouquet order (simply sublime) to the fabulous buttonhole for Dean’s velvet tux and of course, the piece de résistance- the brass chickens WOW! Not only were they a vision at Melbourne town hall but they absolutely transformed the lovely, rustic Bon Ap Bistrot into a truly magical Parisian elopement soirée - MERCI!

If only you guys knew how they treated my friend who was their ex-employee you’d be shocked how theyre still in business. Being stingy with job keeper and then cutting her hrs during covid. Then telling her she owed them hours which meant she did weekend weddings with no penalty rates. In her first year on the job, this company also said you can only take annual leave after working for 1 year. Plz think twice before buying from this unethical florist

The flowers we ordered were all unfortunately very dry, and unrecoverable. They did not make it through the night after being delivered, which was a bit of a bummer.

Shane is an absolute GEM! He was so organised and ready to work with all the ideas I suggested! It was a relief to have a kind person in my corner as organising a wedding during a pandemic is pretty hard. Shane gave great suggestions and I could trust him with creative freedom for our reception florals on the day. Our guests were amazed by the floral designs he created. They loved the DIY wrapping station to take flowers home at the end of the evening, highly recommend other events do this! Thank you Shane and the team at Botanics of Melbourne. You guys are incredible at what you do and every vendor loves to collaborate with you!

Literally can NOT get a bouquet done right.they have a beautiful range but it's as if they don't care what colour your wedding is! Both my best friend and I got our wedding bouquets done here (a few weeks apart) and had to redo ours the morning of our wedding
Do not get them to copy an image of a bouquet, they don't listen and if you want a pink flower arrangement you'll probably get a purple one lol

Botanics were beyond amazing! Cannot brag about them enough - they made the most gorgeous arbour, my bouquet was sooooo beautiful and the natives they chose to use for everything including the single stems for my hair was better than I ever thought possible! They took my barely there idea and made it into my dream wedding decorations! They were so accommodating with all the COVID changes and were so easy to talk to about everything they made us feel so comfortable with everything going on!

I called botanics and ordered a delivery for the next day. This arrived on time and a beautiful arrangement. Ordering on behalf of a relative living overseas I was apprehensive. I need not have been. Highly recommend botanics.

Such beautiful flowers in the 'Soft Posy in a Designer Cup', actually stunning, I sent them to my daughter to cheer her up during lockdown and she rang me in tears at how gorgeous they were. Will keep you in mind for next time, thank you so much.

We had a very bad experience with this store.
We ordered a flower crown THREE weeks before our occasion. But they gave us a faded and totally different crown. I added the photos so you can judge yourself.it’s a textbook example of expectation-vs-reality.
Also, they are rude to customers. After we told them this is not what we ordered, they said this is best we can do at this moment (note that we placed the order THREE weeks before that) and take it or we refund you. Although we got our money back, there was no time to order it from another store.

I ordered a box of fruit wine chocolates and thought flowers for my daughter she sent me a photo and it was so disappointing as is was not the same presentation as their website.also In this time of covid the box of fruit chocolates and wine were not at all arranged with care or no cellophane covering over the box when delivered
Will certainly not be using this florist again don’t be tricked by their glossy photos.

Best experience, I wanted to get some Sunflowers for mothers day and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient as I called the store 3-4 times in the week to see if they had gotten any sunflowers. Best florist experience.

Same Day deliver within 4 hours on valentines day - only place in Melbourne that could offer that!
