Boroka Lookout reviews
42Easily accessible lookout with a fantastic view, just a few short steps from the carpark. Ideal for mobility impaired. There are toilets in the carpark as well.
Perfect for sunrise if you get there early enough. The views are spectacular and its only a short walk from the carpark. It can be quite cold in the morning so wrap up warm, but absolutely worth going to see.
Views are so much more beautiful in person.
Pram and wheelchair accessible.
Decent size car park.
Toilets - one unisex and one disable.
No climbing the barriers/fences.
No dogs.
No fire.
No drones.
No littering.
6km track down into halls gap to the right of the second viewpoint.
Mind-blowing views on a clear day like we were lucky enough to have. Only spoiled by the very loud visitors near us who were incapable of shutting up and taking in the magnificence of the place in silence. But that's life. Worth the short drive up from Halls Gap.
One of the two look out platforms was under construction, however it was quiet and so no problem seeing the view from the one open.
Very close to the car park, easy for kids and seniors. Toilet there too, but we did not use it.
I heard a lady yell at her kid "Stop destroying the tranquillity Mikaylah". The child had been loudly exclaiming how amazing the view was. I hope one day Mikaylah will have the realization that she should continue to express how she feels and that in fact it was her mother who had repeatedly destroyed tranquil moments through her fear of expressing herself honestly in the moment. These stars are for Mikaylah, shine bright you legend.
Stunning view from the top of the mountain. Was quite windy when I visited, hold to your hats and hoodie.
Medium challenging walk and you will be treated to a beautiful view.
Amazing views. Good for gravel riding but don't bring roadies cos you'll be waiting forever at the bottom of sketchy descents.
Easy access if you don't want to hike, you can drive up directly to the lookout! Great views! 4 stars here because I think Reed & Balconies has more to offer:)
Beautiful look out! Easy to get to as parking is only 50m away. Defs worth the visit. The drive up is very nice as well.
Great views, no walking required, friendly for families with young kids; it's a bit windy from time to time, so secure your hats and equipments.
Great lookout and so easy to get to from the carpark. The views are amazing. Whenever visiting this area, the lookouts are a must visit.
Take the halls gap walk off to the right and get away from the crowds at your own secluded spot next to the "dilapidated viewpoint"
Just love the stunning views over the escarpment and Halls Gap below, Lake Bellfield to the south, and the ridges and balconies. Breathtaking
The view is just amazing, maybe is the best lookout in Grampians! I highly suggest to stop here to take a look!
We accidentally found Boroka Lookout when trying to find sundial carpark. Glad we did, 20 second walk and spectacular views aplenty. Pop up for a look!
Not the highest point but the most amazing lookout and views over the town even in rainy conditions, nice walk but we didn't do the whole track because of time
Amazing spot.
A truly spiritual experience, connecting with ancient landscapes and it's ruggered beauty
This is really no effort type of activity. If The Balconies are grade 1 short walk, Boroka lookout will have to be 0. Drive to the carpark, get out of your car and enjoy spectacular views on Halls Gap and the area.
