Boost Juice

Watered down smoothie, wasn't filled to the top and missed a few ingredients. Not to mention the attitude they carry. I use to be a regular. Terrible service, never coming back again.

What a nice surprise to find black rotting banana chunks in the bottom of your smoothie. Staff lack rudimentary customer service and the "manager" has no leadership skills whatsoever.

I was trying to sort out the boost app and the girl that just served my friend rudely asked “are you ordering? ” I said yes but that got me off guard. There was no one in the line waiting to order just me. She had no smile just attitude. I was reluctant to buy my smoothie from their store. Then my friend watch her go behind a wall and go straight on her phone. Professional much?

This store wasn’t busy even though located at the head of a food court. I checked out the prices as it’s been a while since I had a Boost shake. Decided on the banana one - as is my usual. The order taken quickly. Flavour was good. Not cheap for what it is. Nice to see some reuseable options in packaging these days.
But preparation took quite some time. The staff are nice and friendly but don’t know how to deal with conflict when a patron got snappy about the time it took to get her order.
Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good car parking at this shopping centre.

Taz makes the best smoothies ever. She is so quick. Best Boost in melbourne, if not anywhere. Love a Pro Choc.

They made our drinks wrong 3 times. The last time wasn’t even right but we had to go. The staff was not nice or helpful at all.

Man this place is worse than the other boost juice stores what happened to them there drinks used to taste amazing now it's all just water

Juices r fine but banana smoothie is like water coffee smoothie is also very very watered down terrible for the prices they need to fix this

Ordered online though the app, my crush was sitting there ready before the time I wanted it to be (could have been 20 mins or so) but still tasted amazing.
