Boost Juice

I came close to closing so they couldn’t make my usual drink, I understand so I ask what drinks they can make, girl with the reddish brown hair and lash extensions (I think) told me about all the berry drinks, and even recommended one of the drinks that would be closest to what I usually get. Now they were chockas, they had a lot of people ordering like 20-30 minutes till closing. I see people come and go and long story short I was the last person there, people who ordered after got their drinks before me. I’m not mad because these girls were working hard to get so many drinks out, when she (the girl with the reddish brown hair) asked me what I was waiting on I told her and she profusely apologised and immediately made my drink then apologised again. I liked her initiative to prioritise a missed order over closing up.

Slowest service ever. 5 staff members working at a time and they can’t even make a cup of juice in 10 minutes while they don’t even have second customer.
Also no one gonna have a smile on their faces.

One staff member trying to do everything on her own while two others stand around chatting and another is busy on her mobile. Customers lined up and many customers waiting for drinks to be made. I felt sorry for the person left to do everything on her own. Not the first time this has happened here. Good service when you can actually get it. Staff always chatting or on mobile phones while customers wait. Always one or two poor staff left to do everything.

0 Stars if I could - been buying Mango Crush no ice for a long time from different branches with 0 extra fee.
Today got charged $10 lol we were not advised of any extra charge - the girl just added extra Yoghurt and charged my partner.
I only realised when my partner had paid what had happened.
I confronted them and the manager said because they have to use more yoghurt as there’s no ice a fee will be charged my issue is not that - the issue is not advising clients but just charging them.
To make things worse they decided to take 10 mins to make our drink last because of how I confronted them.
Unprofessional and incompetent staff.

Girls were so helpful and provided me with positive service and were delightful addition to my day.

Went to the store at 16: 50pm and got told bluntly we are not taking orders. It says on the boost juice website open till 17: 00pm on public holidays. What terrible service

The girls at this boost are always so friendly and nice, always super apologetic when they are super busy and need me to wait a couple extra minutes for my juice

The service at boost juice plenty valley is amazing! The girls there are super nice and are always going above and beyond for their customers. Would highly recommend this boost store

Really disappointed
Waited ten minutes for service and as soon as customers came after me they served them once I’ve already been waiting!

After speaking to the staff I felt neglected and as I wasn’t a valued customer.

I had to ask to be served.
Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT purchase anything from here it WILL ruin your mood.

Love boost juice but service is terrible. Girls chatting, taking pics with camera.waited 10 mins before they served me. Always a long wait for one smoothie

The girls here are so fast and good at what they do. I come here often and even when they’re busy, their customer service is outstanding and polite. All the staff look like they have great relationships with each other as they’re always smiling and talking while providing impeccable service and making top notch and tasty smoothies

I had the worst customer service here. Whilst waiting for my Boost (which took 10 minutes), the girl on the smoothie machines was too busy talking to a friend "about attending Mango on Friday night. " She was slow and wasn't even interacting with customers, calling out names quickly, so she could get back to talking with her friend. I've worked in retail and hospitality and what she did was so unprofessional. To be served in such a manner is so unprofessional. I would think anyone working in hospitality would know better.

The girls customer service here was unbeatable! Jaimee was so patient whilst I was deciding on which smoothie I was after, love going here!

Refused to serve me during operating hours insisting they were closed and expecting me to pay double for coconut milk instead of regular milk, disgusting service from red haired store manager the witch!

Rude staff. Packed up at 430. When store hours state 5.00pm and all other boosts are open till 5pm.

Service is soo slow. There are customers always waiting before they open and they usually have 1 staff member working. Other then that, the staff is friendly!
