Doesn't take pest control seriously and wants cheap and nasty prices & only 2 attendances a year.

Worst customer service ever. Would never go back even if their bakery goods are edible, still deserves a one star.

Very disappointed in customer service as I visited with my wife was in need for a coffee fix ordered a latte which when I tried it was on the cold side I brang it up to the counter and mentioned my coffee was not even warm the barista did not even respond just took my cup that was it no sorry or any response That’s fine now I know why it was empty never see me again

I’ve purchased two cakes from here which have been amazing.
The Stuart cake and my sweet darling cake.
Both so light and fresh with delicious fillings. Their pastries are yummy too. The ladies were friendly and helpful.

I love the breads and coffee here, very delicious. Also the staffs are very friendly. Good experience and will come again and again.

Great service, massive lift in quality after new management. Get their Swiss roll every time I come across the shop.

The baker is an amazing cook, and the new owner does an amazing job at making you feel welcome, I differently recommend others to check them out

Just had the best Iced Coffee in Airport West Shopping Centre, really great, it had the works i'll be back. 10out of 10 Very happy

Not too many choices of breads compared to other Bread Top shops. Also, the customer service was pretty average.

Definitely one of my favourite bread shop /cafe to go.

I ordered 3 coffees here with 4 staffs at the counter with no one else ordering and yet I had to wait 15minutes for the coffee.

Got the sheep one for birthday and sponge was delicious but too much icing - kids still enjoyed it.

I was there at BONBONS Airport West with my friend on Friday night just before closing time. They had 5 items for $12. So we went in to select our goods and pay. Whilst there, we noticed there was a lot of food still left in the display. So I asked one of the girl working there, what they did with the food they dont sell. To my shock she told me they bin it. My friend asked her is we could take the lot and give it to a womens shelter or a charity the next day. With the limited amount of English these young girl spoke, they didn't understand what my friend was saying. We ask if the Manager was about and was told she was overseas at the moment. Funny how they understood that question. We asked how much it would be to buy the whole lot and was told it was 5 pieces for $12, even tho they were going to put all this fresh edible food in the bin. I was so disgusted with this response, we pleaded with them both to let us take this to a charity or homeless or shelter and they just said they couldn't as there boss would not be happy and they would lose their jobs. We even asked them which bins they would be putting these into and they just acted dumb and didn't response. So we waited outside to see where they would take this perfectly good food. Then we saw one of the young girl running through the shopping center like her life was in danger and she went into an area that was staff only. So we walked around the back outside of the building to see if we could see where this good edible was going to be dumped but the bins were all locked. These 2 young ladies are just doing there jobs but they could have met us around the back and given us the bags of food and we would have donated it all to respective organisations. I just find that in this day and age now that this is not acceptable and business should be doing more to save our waste from going to landfill and they should start buy ways of helping the community. This was perfectly good food that many many people struggling would have really appreciated. My friend and I will never shop there again for just this reason and we will be telling all that this is BONBONS policy to throw good food in the bins. Shame on you BONBONS.

Bobbons is a convenient spot for a pleasant coffee and donut and located in the centre of the shopping centre. I have always had friendly service and helpful service.

Just ordered my daughters birthday cake from here, and I have to say it was really delicious and fresh. It was wonderfully presented and everyone at the party loved it! Very happy with the service as well. Will make a return visit for sure.
