Alex from the service department needs an attitude realignment.
He didn’t follow directions as discussed over the phone when I booked in a bike I was interested in buying. When I reminded him of the discussion we had about the work I needed done, he started swearing at me over the phone and threatening me that he would not do the agreed work.
Poor customer service on both accounts.
I asked if I could speak with his manager and he proceeded to tell me he was the manager.
When I insisted I speak to someone higher in the business he told me Bruce was his manager and he wasn’t at work today.
I would love to talk to Bruce about how he runs his business and who he has representing his company.
I would advise people to avoid this business at all costs unless you want to be verbally abused and the work you request not being done as agreed.
Please call me Bruce.if that is indeed the name of the manager?

I went in today just to grab a few small parts for my xr and the effort from bruce was unbelievable, best customer service i have seen in years. I will definitely be buying my next bike from boltons

They look after their customers extremely well. Recently needed an OEM part quickly and they sent it express post at no extra charge just to make sure I had it in time.

Great shop, and friendly people. Alex and Ash helped diagnose the source of a pesky drip of oil on my new KTM while I waited. I didn't even have time to finish my free cup of coffee

Really nice friendly staff, knowledgeable and they use the machines they sell. Excellent service center and fair pricing. Good range of KTM, Honda and Suzuki bikes. Riding gear, gloves and helmets, they have a reasonable selection of as well. Quad bikes, chainsaws, whipper snipers.etc.are also sold here.

When I went there (shopping alone) to get a file for my chainsaw, they automatically presumed I had a male partner who operated the chainsaw, and asked if I was 'sure this was the model you and partner have? '. As though a female couldn't possible know how to use one. The they didn't even know how to use the file guide properly when they were mansplaining it to me.

Went in to have a browse. A brilliant shop. Clean tidy and well organised. Very friendly staff and helpful. Unfortunately not a shop that carries many road bikes or road gear (4) which I didn't know but I'm keen enough on something and really want to come back.

I went to purchase some powered garden tools (mower) and the sales man for that section was the most helpful and friendly guy I have come across in years.

Went in yesterday to look at the mowers they have in stock. Running a lawn care business in the SE Suburbs of Melbourne its pretty far out but we have a family farm in Kyneton so I was looking for something bigger for there. I must admit although I have been into more than enough mower stores I have never been in one as big as this! Their range is huge and they have some of the best mowers on the market sitting on their floor for people to check out. Went in and saw a Toro Titan HD 2500 series and loved it. Very comfortable and lots of power for a great price. Fred was great and even offered me a fantastic deal for one. Although a little out of my price range for something that I couldn't really make money on (given how small most of my jobs are) I am still certainly interested in the smaller 48" 1500 series which I will be making further inquiries about. Great service and I look forwards to walking out with one of their mowers soon!

I very disappointed went in looking for new chainsaw blade took the chainsaw with me and still gave the wrong chain.
And then still have the cheek to give me attitude about it. I was told they had bad customer experience and didn't believe it at first but now it makes sense.

Brought my ktm duke from here and being my first bike and on my "L" plates. I get there and my bike is already setup with the licence and "L" plate displayed and ready to go. Also supplied me with a hi vis vest and hooked me up with protective gear and looked after me on price. Will be going back there when i need a bigger bike. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Thanks for the years of faithful service:) Ive bought 4 bikes from them -couldn't ask for a better KTM dealer.
