Just got my new bike this week from the team at Boltons motorcycles and choice suspension. An amazing bunch of people to deal with and workmanship second to none setting up my bike and fitting all the extras that you want on your dream machine.
A massive thanks and highly recommended them to anyone looking for old fashioned service that goes above and beyond

1. Rang up about mower parts and was treated very rudely by the parts department (I had motor, parts numbers ready and all).
2. Did a very poor job on welding my mower deck, and i had to wait months and follow up multiple times to get it done. Then I had to re-do it myself.

I was served by Matt who was very professional and thorough, i told him what i was after and he steered me in the right direction, we negotiated a price i couldn't refuse and its been smiles ever since! The after sales from the team has been great and their prices remain competitive.

I have bought plenty of things over the years and I always get great customer service & advice on products. All the staff are friendly & very helpful. I'll be back.

Rob has been fantastic. I had to call him from remote flinders ranges with radiator issues and he got me out of the trouble over the phone. I am mechanical enough but with Rob’s help was able ride back. The team at Bolton motors are awesome.

Unbelievable service! What a great business that prides itself on good old fashioned customer service

Have lived in the Macedon Ranges for twenty years. Stopped going into Boltons about ten years back as I am seemingly invisible and find it impossible to get any customer service. They're listed on the Suzuki website as being a Suzuki Dealer so I went in there two days ago to see what they had and it should be noted they only do off-road, along with KTM and have zero other models and I am still (ten years later) invisible. This is a pity (for them) given they are local and I am looking at dropping $20k on a new sports touring road bike and they're now out of the equation. Pretty ordinary service and has been for years but hey there's other dealers and other bikes.

Happy to admit this invisibility issue may be me as this is not the only Motorcycle dealership that does this, Peter Stevens are also guilty of the same thing.

. However I have a job, earn good money and am always neatly dressed and of an age demographic where I would at first glance have a large discretionary spend option open to me (and I do, hence my reason for looking in there).

You'd think someone selling large pieces of expensive machinery would be all over me like a rash, and I don't have this issue in car dealerships, so what is my problem?

Thanks to the helpful staff at Boltons when we had a flat tire on the motorcycle out in the sticks they were courteous helpful and got us back on the road

The best place for ktm pats ever! Top service and even when an order was wrong it was fixed asap and whenever you ring them they answer straight away which is reare theses days. No better place.

After sales service is spot on.

Incredible service from start to finish - they exceeded my expectations in customer service. It was such a pleasant experience to deal with everyone at Boltons Kyneton with getting my Vespa roadworthy and in order, they even organised pickup and delivery - couldn’t be happier - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Rang up the day prior to book in for a RWC inspection but was told they would get the job done in between jobs within a few days which I was happy with. Dropped the bike into Alex first thing in the morning and job was done to my surprise within a few hours. Awesome customer service from Alex and everyone else I dealt with. Highly recommended

Just had my new KTM 1290GT serviced by these folks. I have to say the people at Bolton's Motorcycles are really great.
Even though they were incredibly busy straight after Easter they were very professional and courteous.
An easy 1 hour ride out of Melbourne I highly recommend them for anyone's servicing needs.

If you are considering purchasing a new KTM then the drive to Kyneton is well worth the effort. The entire Team at Bolton's deliver professional, friendly customer service which has made the recent purchase of my 790R a fantastic experience. Nothing was to much trouble, the team delivered everything they promised on time, in full & without any fuss from the moment I phoned to arrange a test ride, to the Saturday morning I picked up my 790 hence do yourself a favour give Boltons a call as the Team at Bolton's are No1 in my opinion & are "Ready to Race"

Ordered a very small O-Ring for Husaberg fuel line into throttle body on line. Did think the $9.00 flat rate postage was a bit steep - but was keen to get the bike moving asap. When envelope arrived there was a note on the tax invoice/receipt that acknowledged the freight was too much. There was some cash in the envelope to cover some of the freight. Appreciate the gesture.cheers
