First time experiencing a floatation tank. Had no idea what to expect. The receptionist was very helpful and explained the process and what I needed to do. I would have liked a sutble chime every 1p minutes so I knew how long I was in there. Otherwise a great experience.

I have been seeing Mark for a few sessions now due to pain management. He never fails to put you at ease and cater to the needs of your body.
The staff are also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

I had my first treatment here today. My traps were in a bit of pain and tight.
Mark explained to me what was going on and then told me what treatment he was going to do.
The results are great and my traps and back have settled down incredibly.

"I'm not really that type of person" that writes bad reviews or complains but in this case I was very much offended. My friend and I went in, I had my 2 and a half yr old and friends children 5 and 9? We were going to take turns with a salt bath. However Mike informed me the children we're being loud and that their customers (one of which had just left Mike) have headaches and things like that so can they keep it down. My 2 year old doesn't understand that so I moved us all to the parking lot where the kids played. The parking isn't contained so I had to stop my little one from running out to the busy front. When Mike came back out from reception and told me again "he's not that type of person" but I can still hear the kids maybe they can play at the back end of the car park our customers have a range of issues and it's not.yeah I'm sorry but they are still too loud" to which I said don't worry I'll be gone as soon as my friends out. Once he went back in I asked reception for the man's name and told her not to worry about my session I'm going to get the kids out of here. She was sympathetic but Mike certainly is one of "Those people" and most certainly made me feel unwelcome at his place of business because I had children with me. So if you have kids u better make sure they are able to be anywhere but there. I'm sure they provide a very relaxing atmosphere for everyone who's been there and I hope they appreciate Mike being there to save them from the sound of children's laughter and playing etc. Just don't take your kids and you'll have an amazing time.

Mark and his team are fantastic. I have had cupping and the floatation tank there and it's brilliant. He is super chilled and the techniques are brilliant.definitely recommend for anyone that has sore muscles etc or just for general wellness

I was recommended by my Plastic surgeon to see Mark after my Lipo procedure for Lymphatic drainage massage. Not only was he professional, but quite considerate of my tenderness. With only a few appointments the swelling went down and I felt much better. Highly recommend.

A 60 minute float is from my experience 60 minutes in the tank but my session was over after 45, could hear footsteps around the clinic whilst floating which sort of takes away from the experience. But it was a discounted voucher so beggers can't be choosers!

I cannot recommend Mark from Body Wellness Centre enough! I have had ongoing lymphatic drainage issues for well over a decade and Mark's lymphatic drainage massage is getting me the results I've been hoping for. I have had a few sessions now and I'm finding they're making a big difference for me. Mark himself is both highly professional and very caring, and no matter who is attending the reception desk, you are always made to feel welcome. And the most important thing is that the centre itself is impeccably clean.

Fantastic customer service from a beautiful family business. Spotlessly clean. I go for Floatation and it was fantastic and have become an avid repeat customer

OMG this place could well be the closest thing to heaven on earth. Flotation tank is 200% a must. If you are in need of a destress head in and see the friendstaff.

I was recommended to see Mark for my ongoing issues with my sore back and shoulder. I'm glad I did with a few sessions I feel much better. I've been to Chiro's, Physio's and others who could not help with the returning pain. After my treatment, Mark showed me some posture techniques which was the cause. He is very honest and experienced. If you are in pain go there. Best practitioner in the Northern Melb.suburbs by far.

My Float session was great, easy booking with friendly staff. Massage with Mark was great. He fixed my shoulder that others could not, thanks Mark. I will recommend you at my club.

Very friendly atmosphere. Been to many places around the area for my tight neck and shoulders, and no one helped. Then was recommended to see Mark at this centre. With a couple of Myotherapy / Dry needling sessions my pain was totally gone. Extremely happy, will tell my family and friends. Highly recommend. Thank-you!

Went to the floatation tank here. Absolutely superb. I relaxed so much, and have 3 more sessions booked un. Highly recommend it!
