I have been going to Mark for nearly two years now and cannot speak more highly of his abilities. No matter how jacked up my body is when I arrive at his door, after a good session with him, the next day I feel like a new person. As someone who thrashes their body through various forms of exercise and combative training, I can say that Mark can cure all set before him.

Had surgery done overseas Marks been taking care of our post op lymphatic drainage, - really helpful and professional highly recommend.

The clinic is a lovely calming environment with attention to detail-rooms are super clean, quality towels & scented candles. Mark is a fantastic Myotherapist -knowledgeable, caring & friendly. Mark clearly has a passion for his work & after every treatment I always feel improvement in my body’s aches & pains. Always a blissful experience from start to finish so I’m a very happy client.

I had a great experience at Body Wellness Centre. The owner is a kind-hearted person, and immediately makes you feel at ease. He is also great to chat to. My Myotherapy appointment flew by, and my body felt so much better afterwards. Atmosphere is clean, and very calming.
On a side note - I am really surprised by some of the harsh reviews left by some people - get a grip, and have some perspective. Completely reasonable that a wellness business owner asks a customer to maintain a quiet environment, and won't extend a voucher past its use-by date.

When I contacted Mark, they were completely booked out. But he offered to come in early and help me. When I walked in, my back shoulders neck, everything was so sore and tight. By the time I walked out my shoulders and back felt so much better! Also to mention Mark is such a great person to talk. Overall an excellent experience. Everybody is so kind and lovely. Prices for services are reasonable, and the space is always clean and tidy.

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU'RE WITH HCF!
As much as Mark is a great remedial massage therapist and took care of all those knots in my back, I would not be making another appointment. This is because my private health fund, HCF, do not have Mark as a registered provider, therefore my claim got rejected. I was instructed by my health fund to let Mark know he has to notify them to be registered, which apparently is very easy and quick. I made many calls to the reception at Body Wellness Centre to which Mark was left a message but he never called me back. I finally got in touch with him because HE answered the phone, not the receptionist. He said he would get in contact with HCF to register in the coming days, he even said for me to call him mid-next week if I hadn't heard back from him. It had been 2 weeks and I heard nothing from Mark. HCF still had him not registered. I called Body Wellness one last time to speak to Mark, once again I was told he would receive my message and call back. Surprise, surprise no call back. My health fund have been great, I said them regular emails to check if Mark has registered and to-date he is not. I'm not wasting my time in chasing this up further with Mark. Instead, I've chosen to let others know about my disappointing experience: (

I've seen Mark for myotherapy a number of times and he's helped me get back to do the activities my pains were holding me back from.

He's really knowledgeable and always makes me feel in safe hands. Would recommend.

This was my first floatation experience. The staff were friendly, but not particularly helpful. Some slightly more in depth advice for a floating first timer and a neck pillow would have been appreciated. I've ended up with quite a stiff neck post-float and have found out that most other float centres offer these services and accessories.

As another reviewer mentioned, I was also able to hear footsteps and voices during my float which detracted a little from the sensory deprivation experience.
