This was my 2nd time getting my ears pierced at body vision with Gemma the piercer and she was extremely helpful in making me feel comfortable, while being in a sterile environment. I accidentally mistook my lobe for the cartilage and wasn’t charged extra (even though I offered to pay for the extra).
