I had the most amazing experience at Body Vision Piercing. I got my septum pierced by Gemma, and she was so warm, funny, friendly and professional. My piercing was done quickly and perfectly placed, and I felt like such a valued customer! I messaged the Instagram account a few days later with some questions about my piercing, and they replied super quickly and were really helpful, going above and beyond to help me out. I am so impressed with their customer service and professionalism, and will be recommending to all my friends. Thank you so much guys!

I had a ear piercing appointment with Meg in the Chapel Street store yesterday and she was so amazing! She was so gentle, professional, had great advice and was so lovely. I was a little nervous but Meg was so fantastic and it didn't hurt at all!

Emma and everyone there were so lovely and made the whole experience not as scary (I'm pathetic with needles). I really appreciate the extra effort to make me feel comfortable. Also needle over gun any day! Much more professional and my ear is healing well!

My friend and I both got our helix's pierced by Emma a few weeks ago. Emma and her team were really friendly and made us feel very comfortable. 2 weeks on and my helix is healing wonderfully and I love it. Highly recommend!

Got my rook pierced by Emma. Start to finish she was absolutely awesome, talked me through everything and really put me at ease. The piercing was unbelievably quick and painless and hours later there is still barely any swelling or discomfort. Wish I'd gone here for all my other piercings. Absolute legend, thanks Emma!

Incredibly friendly and professional service:

They were able to pierce my slightly deviated septum, and then when I nearly passed out they let me have a lie down until the colour returned to my face and were friendly and understanding about it.

Daughter had her naval pierced by Megan. She was amazing. Knew she was nervous but calmed her down and talked her through procedure and after care. Just had follow up appointment and was also hassle free. Very knowledgeable and put her over protective Mum at ease. Thanks for a great experience and will definitely pass on to friends to visit.

I got my chest pierced on the 1/2 by Xavier and I couldn't be happier. It was quick, clean, 24hrs later I'm not in any pain, they were respectful and super friendly. I'm not sure who greeted me at the door that day but they were also super chill and friendly and it's a place I'd defs come back to. I will also be reccomending them to my friends

I cannot fault this place! The place to go for a piercing in Melbourne. I've been pierced here and have taken my 4 year old here for her ears here too. Staff are professional, the shop is pristine, and service second to none.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the get go. I got two tragus piercings done by Jeremy, and he walked me through the process. They use single-use needles, something I didn't know existed, as I am used to gun piercings from generic stores. I am so glad I came here. It was by far the best experience, and I already want to go back! THANK YOU! [My reaction was very anti-climactic/composed but I really love my new silver! ]

I had my dimples done by Darcy today. He was incredibly thorough and professional. Made me feel super at ease and made sure I was 100% happy with everything before he went ahead. He explained every step of the piercing process and the healing process so that I knew how to best care for them. 10/10 would let him pierce me again.

Fabulous business that really cares for its customers - in the middle of lockdown when everything was closed, I had trouble with a piercing, and they assisted me over email and delivered a new piece of jewellery - literally saved the day and went above and beyond.
