Bobo's Diner - Frankston

Visited for the first time and highly recommended this restaurant.
The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. Presentation impressive.
However the service received from our waiter Michael topped off the evening and made it a pleasant experience

What a great experience it was dining here 26/12/20! Michael and Charmaine had the cocktails sorted, the food was truly off the chain! Still reeling from such a great experience. Michael was so great, he made the time to chat and recommend, he knows his cocktails. The prices were great, $15 for most cocktails (70’s pricing if you ask me!), we were stoked! Really liked the vibe of the restaurant too, happy staff, great menu selections, we’ll totally be back! Thanks Team!

Not sure if these are the same owners, which is ashame. Food was still good, unsure if our staff member was new but she kept forgetting things and made a few errors about the same thing. One lady was amazing and made sure that everything was OK, she had great customer skills. Thanks.

The staff and service at the restaurant where friendly and established a great relationship with the crew! The food and drink where amazing and Daniel Michael and Rachel where great offering there services and making sure we were happy! 3 of the greatest staff going round! (Thank you for saving my shirt) and dealing with the restrictions in a respectful manner

Huge range of American style Diner foods to choose from with generous serving sizes. Prices are a bit steeper but you absolutely get quality food for the cost. Would highly recommended people check it out if you are nearby.

Fantastic American style food! Went here for a party with friends no one had anything bad to say about there meals. The starters are great enough to satiate the cravings untill your mains arrive but the tastes and quality of the food is top notch. Also try their cocktails great range of choice and definitely tasty

This place typifies American Diner food, so if you like saturated fat and sugar, this is for you. I ordered a Margarita, but got a frozen one, two thirds ice. They were able to produce a classic Margarita, but only after asking.

The service is ordinary, they only seated us after we assured them, we'd be out within an hour. Indifferent, staff, somewhat nosey too after I discovered one listening to the conversation at our table.

This place would not be my first or even last choice for a place to eat. So much better available in the area. Ordinary American rubbish.

The owner or Manager replied to my review but rather than dealing with the issues I raised, they suggested I eat "something else". This again typifies a couldn't care less attitude so prevalent among Restaurants like this that care little about what their customers actually think. Rather than dealing with the issue in a positive and productive way, they put it in the too hard basket.

I rest my case.

Great food. $12 lunch burger and chips, why would you go to McDonald's?

I love this place every time we go there the food is on point have not found anything on the menu I don’t like yet.my kids love it there always first choice when we ask them lol the staff and manager always give amazing service. We often go with large groups for friends and never disappointed

American Diner, Good. Big Burgers, Good. Noisy, Good. Fun, Good. If you don't like all of the above, it's not for you. Merry Christmas.

I wouldn't be recommending this place unfortunately! The staff are lovely and welcoming but the food my table was served came out close to an hour after we had ordered and the steak was overcooked.

I really like this place. They have fantastic specials, service, etc. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is once you veer away from the specials they're a little pricey.

Lovely food but again they missed one of the meals. When we order two of the exact same meal we only get one of them and end up chasing the second. This is the third time it's happened. Thankfully everyone was impressed with their meal again that's why we keep coming back.

Nice food and drink sizes are great for the price. The menu is huge so it's hard to pick what to get, but the happy hour wings are great value.
Staff were a bit funny but overall was a very good diner experience.

Attentive service and a good atmosphere. Food was enjoyable and generously portioned, and our 'prohibition shakes' were delicious!

Unfortunately tonight our starters were somehow never put through and so didn't arrive, but when we saw the size of the mains we decided it was probably for the best, and not only were we not charged for the missing items, but the very apologetic staff also discounted a drink off our order by way of apology.

Mistakes happen, and this was handled very well, will definitely dine here again.

Me and my friends went there the other day. I I got the vegan burger and after 2 bites it was just a mess. It was so soggy. My friend got the hottie burger and the bun was greasy and when she picked the burger up it was dripping in oil. Some of the stuff were ok but others weren't.

I heard good things about this place, but was very disappointed. Had the happy hour wings and tasted stale and the burger whilst a nice big serving size, was let down by very bland taste.
