Unsanitary and Inconsistent.

We've tried this place several times, we noticed the girls setting the tables with knives and forks touch the part that goes in your mouth.

Clearly visible fingerprints on the cutlery. I informed 'management' that it was happening on our first visit, clearly nobody cares as it's still happening

Honestly, who thinks it's a good idea to wipe tables and then set cutlery with dirty hands, touching where customers eat from, common sense you would think, which is lost with this generation.

The food can be good but often the waitresses forget to bring sauces etc, until half way through your meal, and still charge you

Went there with 3 other people.all the food was great.just not quite anything that had the wow factor.in saying this.will definitely be back

Food was delicious, served quite quickly for the size of the table, let only how full the restaurant was and received wonderful service from Michael and the rest of the staff on hand for the night. Would highly recommend.

The food and service were great. Micheal is a legend and very easily talked us into dessert which was delicious. Definitely recommend!

Having seen the ratings and reviews I had quite high expectations of their food. I give them credit for the nice vibe and friendly staff. However this would be my first and my last custom. There is just too much left to be desired of the food. The chicken breast in the Southern Chicken Dinner was dry. Chips were soft and the coleslaw was tasteless. There was a lot of batter and not much onion on the onion rings. The chilly concarne was far too salty. The ribs were ok and the corn bread was nice but unfortunately they weren't enough to save the day.

This place is Awesome! The cocktails are amazing, with a nice generous pour but the food takes the trophy. Huge portions, so be warned, but as an export I can vouch that its one of the best American BBQ grill places in Melbourne. 100% recommend, loved the corn bread and the whole staff were A plus!

Awesome atmosphere, service and quality of food. We went on a 2 for 1 ribs night but we at several different items on the menu. Prices were on the higher side of average and when they came out, you can see definitely value for money. The ribs were delicious although mine was rather dry. Overall they were very accommodating for a large group. The room was warm from the cold outside, and allowed an external birthday cake. Overall review I’m giving a high 5 and we’ll definitely be back on another special night.

Roughly 4 hours after eating the dinner I started to experience symptoms of gastro. I felt nauseous at first then I vomited my entire meal. I have been awake for 4 hours going back and forth to the bathroom. So I would say, food poisoning!

A huge thank you to all the staff, especially Michael, for an amazing evening. The food and drinks were outstanding. Highly recommend you visit Bobo's if you are in the area.

The food and service was incredible. The ribs were by far the best I’ve ever had and the steak was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be going back soon.

Great place to take the family. USA style menu. I had ribs and wings, they were very nice. The portions were large, just like Americans like it.

Went to dinner with some friends recently and had a blast. Michael was superb, from taking the booking to serving our table. His demeanour was brilliant; light, amiable and very funny. Actually all the staff we met were lovely. A night of great food, great company, great atmosphere and sensational service; what more could you ask for? Well worth going

Always amazing service with generous portions well cooked/prepared with always polite staff who are all too happy to assist you with whatever your appetite desires

Meat lacked flavour. Need to dress the salads. Two meals had dry salads accompanying them. Also the coleslaw was mushy and soft and the carrot brown, I was afraid to have more than a fork full in case it made me ill. It did not look fresh at all. Disappointing, was expecting great things.
