Very calming experience of eating eggs Benedict and drinking a good quality coffee on a misty morning while two black swans swam past the window. Doesn't get much better really.

We made an sudden stop as we were going on a family group holiday. We were a group of 16 in all. But luckily the place wasn't that busy. The food came out without much delay. There was no mistake in the orders. The food was delicious. The only thing missing was the smiles - but I will say it was not the best day due to the announcement of the circuit-breaker lockdown.

The owner is not really nice. The food would be ok if it wasn’t so expensive and it isn’t really even a nice place to go for any time of the day

Atrocious service, sub par expensive food. The only good thing about this restaurant is the view. Do not recommend.

Came up from Melbourne and stumbled upon the boatshed.
We were lucky enough to have Adrian as our waiter and he was amazing! Very attentive and entertaining.

Friendly atmosphere. Staff were outstanding - couldn't fault them at all, always there if you needed anything. Food was delicious and well presented.

Waited 10 minutes after being seated, no table water brought out like it was for other tables seated after us, and they had orders taken as well. Left as it was clear they were not interested in serving us food.

It was abit average we had to ask for cutlery 3 times but the Asian lady was lovely very attentive and helpful the poached egg where more of a hard boiled

Killer hot choccy. Beautiful view out the windows and great service. Felt like a formal place as it was full of older people in formal outfits on a Tuesday arvo.

Food was Great! Staff were friendly and the coffee, man that was nice. Recommend a few hours for it.

Very expensive and the food is just so so. They give you a free bottle of spring water on the table so don't order any at a cost because it's the same. There is also free flavored fruit water when you enter which is very good. The service is fast and friendly.

Absolutely delicious eggs! Small but perfect brunch meal sizes. Very busy, so recommend a booking if you want to guarantee a table. Lovely outlook and friendly service.

The till for paying the bill should be separate from the queue of people checking in.doesn't make for a smooth worklfow as it stands.

Wow, potted eggs never tasted so good but I'm not sure if it was the great atmosphere, the beautiful setting or the care taken in their food preparation. No doubt it is a combination of all of these elements and can't wait to get back here again. Nicely done, very classy.

My family ordered Seafood platter and rib eye steak. The seafood was great but the steak not so much. The ambience is great.

Nice place food was pretty poor the seafood platter for 2 was a let down and the soft shell crab was very.

Great food, amazing views and relaxed atmosphere. What more do you want? If I had to pick on one thing, that would be the price, it's a little steep.

Great service, good wines by the glass. Shared plates had nice choices but the dumplings were a small portion. Chilli prawn linguine were great with lots of chilli.

One of our Ballarat favorites. The Sri Lankan lamb curry was sensational and the Eton mess with lemon curd is worth the visit alone.

Food great, wine great, however disappointed that we were told to leave by 1pm (only gave us 45mins) when we were half way through our lunch. If you didn't want us there you should have said so instead of trying to cramp us in, get our money then ask us to rush. Was recommended this place but now I will not recommended this place to anyone.
