My family and I have been going to Bluff Rd Medical for over 30 years now and their service keeps getting better. I love my doctor so much

Recently had a consultation with Dr Ei-Cheng Chui - he was very empathetic, thorough, personable and highly skilled in both his analysis & recommended treatment. He has a relaxed manner, keen sense of humour & is extremely professional.

Had 7 visits with our daughter for them to finally diagnose a ruptured ear drum. The cost was $700.00 for a doctor to actually take time to look at the issue which was our doctor that takes months to see. This doctor no longer works there… this was the last doctor I believe that had any care for patients.recently we contacted bluff rd to speak to a doctor for advice if we should come in or not pertaining to a different matter.
This was another charge of $100 for the clinic to tell us yes or no to come in.
Absolutely ridiculous how we are now just a number and not recognised as a patient paying a premium.
Just don’t….
We are done with this style of care.

Here for the Covid vaccine, absolutely brilliant service. Well run operation. Straight in, questions asked, waited no more than 5 mins then straight into room for vaccine, waited 15 mins then left. Thank you for making this so easy.

Dr Ei-Cheng Chui was amazing, it might be the first time ever that a Dr has run on time! As this was my first appointment, he took the time understand my situation, family history and health concerns. I have struggled to find a family Dr in the region but I have now found this in Dr Chui. This guy is awesome - highly recommended!

I saw Jason Lam a year ago, thinking I would never dance professionally again. Today I just got the lead in a major dance musical. Care with Jason was literally life changing.

The staff and the doctors are very good helpful the treatment I have received was excellent i can't speak more highly of them

Signage not great at reception about skin check. So i went upstairs then came back down to reception.confusing

Dr Kris Dinesh was personable, thorough and will now be my family’s go to GP.

Not only did he help with my knee infection, he enquired all about past medical issues and made sure they were all ok.

The staff and facilities at the Bluff Road Medical Centre are exceptionally good. The Doctor I visit regularly is both professionally competent and genuinely interested in working with me to achieve positive health outcomes.

Hi BRMC,
I saw Dr Walker for half of my life.
When he told me he was retiring I asked him to recommend who to see in his absence.
Krish Dinesh has been equally as good as Bill & I have total faith in his advice & service.
I will add I drive 70 kms to BRMC

Dr. Angela Lei is incredible. I had back troubles that were pretty debilitating. Angela did a thorough job and came to a conclusion and diagnosis that I wasn't expecting. Thanks to her, I'm back on the road, running and cycling, within weeks of the appointment. I'm so grateful. To top it off, she was thoughtful and thorough. Highly recommend her as a doctor!

The Best Medical Centre we've come across of late. Every Dr we have seen has exceeded expectations. Wait time is never that long. Dr Peter Cheng (for my kids) and Dr Krish Dinesh (for myself) have been great - even calling / texting after hours to follow up and check in. While Bluff Rd can be a little bit pricey (about a $40 gap in cover after the Medicare rebate) - they are worth it. We are grateful for and highly recommend the team at Bluff Rd Medical.

Went to get my daughter vaccinated for Covid-19 today. As usual staff was friendly, well prepared and efficient with minimal waiting time. Great medical clinic.

Very pleasant experience. Easy to complete from requesting the appointment through to the consultancy. Dr Duke also recommended an e script which is a better experience all round. Thank you
