Blue Marlin Pools

Blue Marlin Pools did an amazing job on our pool installation! From start to finish it was smooth sailing with these guys, the professionalism with the planning stages all the way through to the finish was just easy. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

We had Josh from Blue Marlin East Pools replace our above ground pool that was in the ground with a beautiful inground fiberglass pool. We are so happy with our new pool. Josh and his team were fantastic to deal with nothing was to much bother all our questions were answered they were so polite and friendly and nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend them to any one looking to put in a pool or replace one like we did. Fantastic job love our pool can't wait until summer to use it.

I have to give them 4 stars.did research and pricing competitive for what we wanted. There was a blip on pool delivery from factory but they got it straightened out. Found them kinda responsive but did not get a couple of call backs.

All in all quite happy with result and workmen that came out were great.

Disappointed with the operating system. The pool was constantly murky and didn't have an adequate filter on it.

This company supplied and installed a pool in my back yard I am now trying to contact them as I require maintenance on the solar heating, pool light and the overall function of the filter. I have spoken with Rod who promised me that he would meet me at the property on a particular day. He never showed up and is not returning calls or messages. I have since left a message for the owner to contact me without a response. I am waiting for this to be attended to ASAP as summer is approaching if I recieve no response soon I will take this further

Blue Marlin promised the world and failed to deliver. Commitments to have everything ‘perfect’ we’re not met. We chose to keep the soil on the property and were promised it would be spread. We still have ten big piles of clay we are unable to move! The wrong colored pool was delivered. The letterbox was knocked down as the crane came in. We were not kept informed at any stage. The heat pump wouldn’t work. Once you sign on the dotted line it is all care but no responsibility.they didn’t even bother to reply to our emails! A few minutes training and never heard from them since.

We are very pleased with our new pool. The guys came when they said they would and then every day until it was finished. Nothing was too much trouble. These guys are experienced pool builders and know what they are doing and got the job done. Considering we had trucks and excavators in our back yard the surround area has been restored with a minimum of effort. We would be happy to recommend Blue Marlin to anyone wanting a new pool installed. We can't stop looking at our beautiful new pool and the grandchildren are loving it.

We adore our new pool.best thing we’ve done! Installation was a breeze, the guys were super knowledgeable and professional, cleaned up after themselves, came out immediately when we had an issue (we accidentally pulled the ‘plug’ out and didn’t realise, lol) and rectified at no cost.they’ve been great, highly recommend!
