Just had a second pool install done by Blue Marlin Pools, this time a much larger 12.2 Brampton. Our experience with Blue Marlin on both occasions has been terrific. Blue Marlin East made our green, swamp of a pool crystal clear again! Josh came to swap our filter system and realized we needed a whole new pump. Ash quickly drove one over from the office and he replaced the whole system straight away. He took the time the show my husband how to work everything and followed up in the following days to make sure the pool was clear. When I said it was still a little cloudy, he gave me some tips to make it crystal clear. Our pool has never been so clear in ten years. Highly recommend Blue Marlin East. Very professional, reliable and go up and beyond!

They’re happy to take your money up front but when issues arise after a basic handover not ONCE have they bothered to return several phone calls or even an in store visit. They were aware of faulty batches of pumps yet still sold me one knowing there renowned for failing.

Several issues with pumps, cleaning robots all with the same response “we’ll call you back” and NEVER do.

Will not refer onto anyone as there lack of communication is simply appalling.

Used the team at Blue Marlin to install a pool at my house. The pool was installed on time and on budget! The team also left the area clean and tidy. Super easy to deal with! Highly recommend and will be using them again!

Happy we put our trust in Blue Marlin Pools and the trades they recommended. Overall we are pleased with how it’s turned out ‍️ However we did have to ask many questions along the way and perhaps communication could have been a little better. Glad we went with the heat pump far better than solar heating. Would definitely recommend Blue Marlin Pools

From the initial contact to the handover of our new pool our experience with Blue Marlin Pools has been excellent. We obtained 3 quotes for our pool and Josh was the only one that would actually come and inspect the site to give us a fixed price quote. That was one of the reasons we went with Blue Marlin Pools. Our pool was delivered and installed on time. The contractors engaged were professional and the site was left clean. The handover with Josh and Alec was comprehensive. We can't wait for summer to enjoy our new pool.

We had our pool installed by Blue Marlin and couldn’t be happier with the end result. From the initial enquiry to their office we were treated with care and kept updated through out the whole process. On installation the team were polite and took care of our property and a pleasure to have around. Alec and Josh spent the extra time required to make sure things were perfect and the handover was handled well with everything explained in great detail. I ended up getting clay in the pool and was concerned things could become damaged and Josh came around on a Sunday in his own time to help me out, you don’t get that level of service very often. Highly recommended and have already told others they are the only place to go for a new pool.

Great business to get your new pool build done through, very professional group of guys and completed the job on time and on budget/quote. In the weeks since the completion I have no questions or queries I want clarified. They cleaned any mess they left behind, minimal inconvenience to neighbours and local residents due to a couple of large trucks, parked vehicals and machinery equipment. I would highly recommend this company without a doubt, they are very well respected in the industry and follow all laws and council guidelines as you would expect and will do anything you ask of them.

Pool Construction - Plain and simple dealings, details of whats included and what I had to pay were all fully explained well, no hidden bits. First time I had built a pool. Darren and trades attended and completed with respect to home, cleanded up, informative and easy process and end result is very pleased. We are yet to have our pool installed, but unfortunately already I don’t have much positive feedback to provide about Blue Marlin Pools, hopefully this changes, also as per based on the majority of positive reviews I see. This is our 1st pool installation and as such we are quite inexperienced in the whole process, what to expect, council planning, drawings, fencing requirements, quotes for extras, etc. I find them hard to communicate with and more often than not don’t return my calls, which is really disappointing. All we have been given is a brochure with the range of pools, an email with a soft copy signed contract and a lot of unanswered questions! The provided site drawing looks like it’s been drawn by a primary school kid, with no measurements or reference to how it will be installed on our block, and my wife had to chase up your office just to even get this! I would assume a draft person would have to draw up an official drawing of the pool, similar to a house plan? We have not been provided with the planning permit submitted to the local council either or the official site drawings of the pool and measurements, etc. How can I chase up quotes for extras like pool fencing, coping, concrete, etc if I don’t have detailed measurements and a site drawing or even a location on where the pool will be installed, etc! We have had very little communication for about 3 months now since signing the contract and paying the initial deposit. Our pool project is meant to kick off in 2 weeks and we are starting to panic a bit and non communication is not helping either. Come on Blue Marlin, I’d expect better than this and more support and advice, especially given the amount of money we are investing in this pool project!

Never use this mob. Happy to take our money. 2 years down the track the equipment continues to fail. The grab rail installed has rusted through. They take no responsibility. Ironically we paid for a pool to be installed for therapeutic reasons and it has caused so much stress. I have few regrets in life BUT engaging Blue Marlin sits at the top of my list. Be warned.

Alec and Josh were fantastic in the installation of our pool. Josh was very helpful and Alec did an amazing job putting in extra time to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. The work ethic and attention to detail that Alec displayed was second to none. He took extra time to educate me on the operation of all equipment and maintenance of pool. I will be using Blue Marlin Pools east if I ever install another pool in future and I recommend others to use Josh and his crew. Also the quality and colour of our Barrier reef pool is amazing, absolutely the best product on fibre glass market. The best installs the best.

Darin Colin and the team have been super helpful from start to finish, we had a filter malfunction and they contacted the manufacturer for us and was dealt with under warranty. Also build went smoothly and very happy with the finished product Cheers Andrew
