Nice modern Vietnamese catering for Australians. Papaya salad and chicken wings were delicious. The staff were friendly and quick.

A quiet Sunday night, people watching from the front window, sipping on my mocktail with delicious bao buns and crispy pawn wontons!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. Food was served efficiently and tasted fresh… easily one of the best Vietnamese places I have dined!

A very nice place for me to eat when I miss Hanoi food. Vermicelli with pork strips and springrolls (bún chả Hanoi) is the best. Besides, I also enjoy rice dish with lemongrass chicken. Staff members are very friendly and provide great service.

Entre platter, sizzling beef and sizzling seafood to share with my son. Every mouthful gave our taste buds something to dance about with all the flavours and spices. Authentic Vietnamese at reasonable prices, we will be recommending to our friends. Great friendly service

Such kind staff. Ordered a tofu bahn mi without butter and was told all the ingredients (including the mayo) were vegan so not to worry. Very considerate! Not to mention the BEST bahn mi I've had! Get the crispy tofu!

Ordered the rare beef and brisket pho and Tumeric fish noodle salad. The soup was really bland and the brisket was tasteless. There are better options nearby for Pho. The fish noodle salad was okay, but not fantastic. Won't be heading back anymore.

This restaurant is a family favourite. Authentic Vietnamese at a very fair price. They are very attentive and great with allergies. Definitely better than other competitors on the Carnegie strip!

Hi, I will always understand that it is hard to open a restaurant. Regarding the restaurants reply to my honest review is very disheartening as I had only reviewed to ensure that they can improve next time. I had stated that I would like to come back to a better experience with their food and enjoy eating the meals.

Chicken pho is usually made with pure chicken broth (another customer could easily be allergic or choose not to eat specifically beef - this may need to be disclosed on the menu or to the customer). I have eaten at more than 20 different Vietnamese pho restaurants and they all had chicken broth for their chicken pho. If they had beef broth together with chicken broth, they made sure to tell me this before I finished my order.

In terms of you saying in your reply that you wished we had discussed more with you in person - we did ask if this is chicken broth or not and did ask for salt. We do not want to start an argument in the restaurant.

I understand chicken breast is already dry but as I said previously, your chicken was extremely dry that it was very hard to chew and enjoy the pho. This is a very harsh truth and I hope there is something done with the chicken and pork. I only want to help your restaurant to gravitate it towards better customers and better reviews. It’s a shame that you have been attacking rather than taking in what myself and other customers have tried to relay.

Fair point on your calamari being crispy and not the traditional salt and pepper calamari but it easily went from 7/10 to 10/10 with a small pinch of salt. (Which by the way during my time there, we asked for salt 3 times).

If you fail to refine the recipes or improve the dryness of the meats, it may be detrimental to your business. Additionally, please take this review as a way to better communicate with your customers rather than berate them for being honest. I don’t think Gordon Ramsay would have been as nice.

Exceptional, very friendly service, food was fantastic. The waitress gave some excellent recommendations which really helped us to decide and enjoy a variety of food. The atmosphere is also super-chilled when the restaurant is not busy. Thank you for a brilliant experience!

I ate lemongrass chicken with steamed rice. The rice was dry and old taste like rubber and the chicken was fatty and little amount for 20 dollars.

This was a nice surprise. Almost no one seated inside or out, so service was very quick. The food is Vietnamese style and we found it very tasty, with large serving sizes. Certainly very full after sharing an entree and two mains between two people. Worth trying this place.

Ordered the vegan spicy soup and found a fly in it. It really grossed me out. The waitress was kind and slightly apologetic and returned the money back. But when I asked how that happened she just said I dunno the chefs are pretty busy. And they didn’t seem too concerned that the food had a fly in it.

$18 for Rare Beef Pho + extra meat (takeaway Not given extra meat, (about 5 pieces total) and was already cooked and dry. Very small amount of noodle and broth was so oily had no flavour. Did not give chilli. Disappointing after reading review positive review.
