Black Tie Classic

Hired suits for 1 x groom and 4 x groomsman. The suits were picked up the day before the wedding, a few hours later opened them up to double check everything was there and found that the items had not been cleaned (groom shirt picture attached). 3 shirts were stained/unclean and another had a tear in the fabric. Measurements of the groomsmen were taken at the suit fitting however items were not altered correctly to fit. Called the company who arranged new shirts to be provided, however these needed to be picked up and a special trip had to be made back to the store at 6.30pm the night before the wedding. The next week the company were called again to ask what happened and they advised they simply did not have time to check the suits before hiring them out. Very disappointing, and an unnecessary stress on the night before the wedding. Would not recommend.

Organised 6 tuxedos for my wedding - 2 dads and 4 groosmen. All very seamless in terms of organisation, reasonably priced and the suits themselves were all beautiful. Highly recommend for any big event!

Excellent service, met me outside of hours, got asked by people if I’d bought a made to measure suit, slim fit in shirt and jacket, great material, in store shoes for purchase are excellently priced and more comfortable than anything I’ve previously owned. I looked at a few places before going with these guys - went back to hire again a week later!

Highly, highly recommend. The service you get from this place is the kind your grandparents talked about getting way back in the day, an art that is sadly hard to come by in this modern age. It's a great experience and because of that I will always hire my suits from here.

Immaculate suits and great service. I hired five light grey suits for my wedding last weekend and I can’t recommend Black Tie Classic highly enough. Zoran made himself available for fittings and took measurements over the phone for groomsmen that were coming in from interstate. The suits themselves were really well tailored and looked incredibly sharp.

Stood there unacknowledged for a good ten minutes while the shop keeper was busy with a customer. A polite 'I'll be with you in a second' goes a long way.
