I would like to write this comment in Chinese and recommend this store to any Chinese student like me need a formal attire for photograph.

A very professional formal wear store. Mathew who received me recommended a suit that fit me very well and helped me choose a tie. He also helped me tie the tie and match it with the chest cloth. Very good suit rental experience, recommended to Melbourne All students in the university who need to rent a suit temporarily!

I needed a suit to wear for my mate's uncoming wedding on the weekend and had the pleasure of doing business with Jerry who is a true gentleman.

Jerry fitted me with the perfect suit and shoes ready to go on the same day and made the entire process very easy and straight forward.

Cheap quality. Poor customer service. When I didn’t have my debit card to give the deposit (haven’t been told there was a deposit, when tried on the suit and paid to hire it) Matt told me that he has my address and he would come to knock at my door if I didn’t bring it back.

The gentlemen at Black Tie Classic provided exceptional service. I was personally fitted for a tuxedo for my friend's formal event. I was very happy with what I hired, which included jacket, pants, shirt and tie for a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back.

I had to organise a suit for a wedding last minute. I found exactly what I needed with no fuss. Service was professional. The suit I picked out made me look sharp and delighted my girlfriend. I'm happy to go back there to hire a suit next time.

Came here for a suit fitting for a wedding. They were very helpful and able to offer style recommendations as well as your general assistance. The owner was easy to get along with. Of course heads up that buying a tailored suit is never going to be cheap

Staff were lovely but there are gaps in communication. They didn’t have time to speak to me, didn’t reply to emails and forgot I was coming in to pickup.
Nice results but I wouldn’t want to rely on them for my wedding.

Shocking service. Disorganised and unprofessional. Gave the wrong shoes and the wrong shirt. Replaced wrong shirt with a shirt missing all of the buttons then acted like we were inconveniencing them.

These guys were absolutely amazing, squeezed us in last minute to fit us for tuxedo hire. Fitted perfectly after they measured us up. Very quick, efficient and wonderful service.

We were incredibly impressed with Black Tie Classic who accommodated a last minute change in the bridal party - 48 hours before the wedding they went out of their way to alter a suit for us to assist with this. Absolutely horrendous. Suits were not cleaned, were not fitted properly and the owner was very dismissive. Went in for a suit as the groomsmen with my best men and they gave me broken ties, stained shirts, and broken seams on the jackets. Seemed very happy to lazily take my money and get rid of me. Happy to post proof with photos. Wedding is ruined. My jacket even had an old handkerchief from previous renter in the pocket.

Sorry Zoran, but I'll be telling everyone just how terrible your service was to me.
