Consistently good burgers and friendly welcoming service, I've been coming here for years and they're highly deserving of a 5 star review!

Well the flavour was good and chips was super big, but one of the King kong burger got smashed and the buns weren’t black either.

Amazing place and a lovely staff. The burger varieties are great (my favourite is the 'angry bird'). The peri peri chicken wings are also delicious packed with heat. Highly recommended.

The Crazy Crab Burger truly lived up to its name - some crab with an interesting personality found it’s way into the fryer and jumped straight into a burger! You can still see the distinct shape of a crab with batter for a shell. A unique and creative approach to making a burger! 5/5, we’re definitely coming back!

This place is amazing the staff is super friendly and the burgers are freshly made. The crab burger in particular is very impressive. The portion size is also very generous.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and at ease. The menu is simple and well presented. Plenty of space to dine in and the food is amazingly fresh and delicious. You can't go past the chicken burgers! Definitely a little hidden gem and definitely lives up to its name!

Amaazing food! Got the cheese fries for $9 and they were SOOO tasty! My mate also got the crazy fries which had the nicest pulled pork on top and they were so generous with the portion sizing! Service was so incredibly fast for how delicious the food was which makes it even better.

The workers are also really nice, kind and attentive. I’ve read most of the negative reviews on this shop and simply do not agree with anything they have said.amazing place with really nice workers. 100% would recommend.

Best burger I've had in a long time, drove 40 minutes and waited 30 minutes for them to open. Worth it! We had the big papa and meatlover burger with chips and onion rings

Spent a third of what I'd normally spend elsewhere, got ten times the meal. 11/10, will definitely be back.

WELL 2 BE HONEST FOLKS THERE'S ANOTHER PLACE AROUND THE CORNER CALLED, "FLAKE ATTACK" FISH & CHIPPERY, I'VE TRIED THERE FISH & CHIPS THEY ARE SO GOOD, BUT I TRIED THERE BURGERS, BUT 2 BE HONEST I REALLY ENJOYED THE BURGERS FROM "BLACK LABEL GRILL", LOCATED AT MOUNT WAVERLEY, I'M GONNA BE 100% HONEST WITH EVERYONE THEY ARE THE BEST BURGERS IN MELBOURNE, YR REGARDS ALLAN!

Had the BIG PAPA burger with sriracha mayo, Great burger, Slightly pricey, all freshly made didn't wait too long, Will go again.

I ordered the chicken parma and it arrived looking like something you might pick up at an overnight truck stop. Considering that you can get much better parmas (with a drink!) at pub for way cheaper, this parma is an "avoid at all costs" item. (The item was $15 on DoorDash but according to the reply below it may be $10 if you eat in).

I gave 5 stars because this burger was cooked so well and nice crispy chicken inside it and the chips also well fried

Delicious burgers every single time. Did a takeaway order with Groupon vouchers and everything was on point. Thick cut chips were fantastic and plenty of flavour.

Chips are almost burned to crisp tough, with far too much salt. Had the fish burger and panko prawn burger.

Burgers are misshappen, falls apart in the hand. 3x panko prawns is not worth the price, and had such a thick covering of batter, also butchered with salt. Fish was slightly better. 1x Calamari ring in the burger, overfried and oversalted.

Tldr? Over fried on everything, oversalted everything, low value considering ingredients, not worth
