Service is quick. Onion rings are very yummy with a lot of chicken salt. The burgers are nice but nothing special.

Had the Mr Pinewood burger. It was delicious and really spicy which is what I was looking for. It has habanero mayo which was unique and delicious.

One of best burger restaurants in Melbourne! High quality produce and packed with so much flavour. Love the specials (especially 2 for $20) and unlike other places who offer discounts but also lower quality of products offered this is not the case here (in fact our burgers were so packed with wonderful produce that the box lid wouldn’t close)! Our teenagers love the shakes here too especially the Ferrero rocher flavour.parking is easy and wait time’s accurate, this is our go-to place.

Went to this place last night and got a couple of burgers. One chicken and one meet. Both were some of the best burgers I have had.

I dined in with my family. The staff were very friendly when bringing the food to our table and even through in a side of free chips.

We are a family of burger lovers, so we do visit many burger restaurants, and always try the new ones but over the last couple of years, we have not found one to match Black label grill. I find the burgers excellent my favorites are Katsu, Mr. Pinewood, and grab a crab. The onion rings are to die for! I just wish I could have them every time. But my waist line does not permit it!
I have also had the Sri Lankan food here and found it to be extremely tasty and value for money.
Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

We had delivery from here tonight and were very happy with our food. The food was tasty and well prepared and order notes were followed (with thanks). We previously had a less than ideal experience here but we feel they’ve redeemed themselves for sure.

Nice range of burger on the menu where we their twos a company burger. Nicely toasted bun with tender patties and filling to compliment. Onion rings were made fresh but the batter a little oily for us. The licken de fricken wings were well battered and just the right level of hotness. Chips were good, a bit too much seasoning zest but overall enjoyed the meal

Amazing place and a lovely staff. The burger varieties are great (my favourite is the 'angry bird'). The peri peri chicken wings are also delicious packed with heat. Highly recommended.

I had the Ceylon fries, katsu burger and angry chicken. Both were great. Would definitely recommend.

Super clean shop that shows owners take pride in their store and work. The music that was playing was A1 as were the burgers he came home with. We got the chicken burgers with chips.chicken was cooked perfectly, and the sauce in them was minty mint. Chips were crunchy and salted perfectly. Will definitely be back.

One of my favourite burger place, consistent quality, tasty and full of flavour. They have a variety of options to choose from, fries are also tasty and crunchy. Plus the guys working in there are always nice and friendly.

Went here for lunch and got the $15.99 burger + chips + drink deal. This is like precovid prices I reckon.
Burgers were pretty good. We ordered the Katsu and the Be O Wowed burgers. I liked the Katsu burger more, the beef wasn't particularly tasty. However both burgers had lots of ingredients which made them more interesting than standard.
The menu is quite varied and interesting.
Chips were nicely salted with chicken salt, a little overcooked for my liking (bit too hard and crunchy.but some people really like that).

All in all, pretty good. May come back again. Good value, when some burger joints are $15-18 for the burger alone. The lunch deal is good value.

Just got a Be Oh Wowed burger lunch set right before their lunch? Time (I only noticed it after I ordered and sat down, now I feel kinda bad dining in right before their lunch hour.but their staff is friendly and didn't refuse to take my order)

Last time like a month ago I got a Boston Burger and a lot longer ago I got the $10 Chicken Parma deal with my friend before we went to Waverley Cinema, all meals were great and of pretty good value for the taste, volume and price.

I'll be coming for a meal more if I am coming to Pinewood for groceries and cinema.
