Agree completely with Claire's review. Once I had been ignored by the 3rd staff member I walked out. Food does look good.

The service was really nice and the barista was friendly. The coffee tasted very nice; but the milk was very frothy for a flat white.

Very disappointed in service. Was devastated because the food looked great but no greeting, no menu offered, sat at table for 10 mins, no one came over, had to ask to be seated. People in front of us left, followed shortly after.
Staff watched customers in front of us walk and didn't do anything. Would not recommend.

Have breakfast at Black Cup Cafe quite often. Best coffee and food around. Lovely friendly staff.
