Bistro Morgan

Service was terrible.

My friend and I popped in early afternoon on a Saturday. There was someone already being served so we had at look at the food options and decided to get a toastie and donut each.

When the person in front of us had finished ordering the staff member immediately started making coffees without acknowledging us.

We moved up to the register with card ready.

A few moments later another staff member appeared but again, did not acknowledge us and started packing orders.

After a few minutes we decided not to bother with the toasties as we figured it was probably going to take a while and to just get donuts instead.

Both staff members had still not acknowledged us at this point despite walking back and forth right in front of us for the past few minutes.

We waited a bit longer and then just ended up leaving.

Unable to really comment on food and drink but service was that bad had to wait over 50 minutes for our order which was only 2 iced coffee and a toasties

I'm a big Reuben fan and have even been to North America to taste the real deal! All I can see is Bistro Morgan's interpretation was spot on yet unique. I really really loved everything about it from the sourdough rye to the fresh sauerkraut and the pastrami. It was the perfect serving size and fairly priced. Can't wait for my next one:)

I'm very sad! Today we went to Bistro Morgan to order our regular chicken and avo for takeaway. The toast was completely out of standard. The chicken was like processed pieces of chicken, what? They used to make this toastie with poached chicken breast. I got really confused. Also the staff member wasn't friendly at all. I really don't know what happening. They used to be great, but lately, not good at all.

Tried the ham and cheese toastie and chocolate milk shake. The toastie was okay but needs a higher quality ham (was much the same as from Coles or woolies with about as much flavour), the cheese was super melty and nice but could do with a stronger cheese to add some flavour. It was topped with flakey salt which was a plus.
The chocolate milkshake was great and we were even given the extra in another cup (ordered 2 and it made a bit extra). It was a nice touch for sure.
The service was good and friendly, if a little slow but they only had 1 person working the Sunday morning.
I'm not sure if the other toasties are any better, maybe worth a shot but I wouldn't go back for the ham and cheese.

A buddy told me to check out Bistro Morgan in Windsor. Best. Decision. Ever. Those toasties are the perfect crunch and taste combo. Add a latte, and you've got yourself a winning morning

Absolutely smitten with the ambiance at Bistro Morgan Windsor. Between the gentle tunes and the scent of fresh baking, it's a slice of heaven. Oh, and don't get me started on their cookies

Not sure how this place will last 2023, so slow that they simply can’t cater all potential customers, that of which I am no longer.

25 minutes for a toastie

Love their cookies and doughnuts, but not impress with the service from the guy in the black jacket today tho. Not a single hi, hello or even thank you from him. Ps. I did say hi and thank u to him

They have soft and fluffy donuts and cinnamon scrolls. They are like eating clouds; fresh, fluffy and not too sweet! I had their cookies before. They are delicious, big in size and buttery. I live near the shop. I went there occasionally over several years. They are consistent in their products.

Horrible ham and cheese toastie. Adding copious amounts of cheese does not make your toasties better, it just makes them inedible, sloppy, and gross. It may as well just be cheese with a side of ham and toast. Then there's the questionable salt crystals sprinkled on top? Why is this necessary when cheese and ham are already processed with plenty of salt? For $14, it's expensive dog food and I think 7/11 would do a better toastie.

Really nice easy service and the donughts were absolutely insane. SO DELICIOUS and g nervously filed with cream. Do reccomend zapping them in the microwave for 30 secs if taking home!

We had some Bistro Morgan catering and I had two the colourful pretty one with rainbow sprinkles, Oreo bits and white chocolate on top and the glazed with Oreo crumb. Both were filled which isn’t my preference on a donut but nevertheless a sweet sensation

Today I had my first Bistro Morgan donut. I’ve been a visual admirer of Morgan’s donuts for years but for some reason or another being diets or fullness I’d never actually sampled until today. The first one, peanut butter and the chocolate factory, I have to say was quite a delight. There PB to donut ratio was possibly slightly too high but I enjoyed the flavour immensely.

The red velvet glamour diaries, whilst it appeared quite striking and was visually impressive with the syringe it was rather bland and had me wishing I’d chosen the gaytime crunch. At $5.50 these are like priced with donuts of similar calibre in the market but unlike many others you may find these are hand made and hand dipped (and by a minor no less, hats off to him). It might have been my flavour selection but for all their hype they didn’t blow my mind

I had a wonderful experience at Bistro Morgan. The doughnuts were fresh and
delicious, and the coffee was top-notch. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
I'll definitely be returning to this bakery in the future for more tasty treats.

Just look at this thing. Look at it. I had to take photos and send them to my friends because this is the most ridiculously delicious toastie I’ve had in my life.

Don’t get me started on the donuts and the cookies too. I had PMS and ordered off ubereats and I am not disappointed. Thankyou team, I’ll be repeating my order once a month!

Best donut l’ve ever had, hands down. My only complaint is that the thickshake is a little small for $9.50.

Wow! The Bistro Morgan team and the owner Morgan himself really know how to go above and beyond for their customers and the customer experience!
I was missing parts of my order yesterday and a few things arrived upside down and overcooked which is very unusual for these guys and this is how they responded! They organised a special delivery of the missing donuts plus 4 extras and another toasted sandwich! Thank you so much, we are definitely your biggest fans now

The best donuts i have EVER had! Sooo delicious my favourite is the creme brule donut and the cookie butter cookie (not sure what it’s called) staff are also so lovely!

Perfection - melt in the mouth coffee and walnut scroll. Brioche heaven!

Banging Mr Reuben too!

Absolute delight - will return!
