Biryani House

I was told this place has some significance on Biryani items, However we tried other items along with Biryani. Dine-in Service from staff is a bit disappointing. Our experience was quite disappointing due lack of serving etiquette and table maintenance. I hope they’d work towards it and maintain their reputation from customers

Worst customer service, worst food except lamb curries, especially Haleem (worst haleem I ever had in my life), coming to biryani (ohh no it’s not biryani, steamed rice mixed with spices and meat). Overall if there is a chance to give ratings in minus my rating is minus infinite (-∞).

I ordered Biryani late night from here a month ago through menulog, and it was a disappointing experience. It is sad that a place named Biryani house is unable to serve a biryani of good taste. Maybe it was just one time, so I’m giving 3 stars at this stage, otherwise the food deserved only 1 star.

Ordered chicken curry through Uber eats. The item was not packed properly nor any reciept was provided. The quantity was way less than what I usually get for the same price from other restaurants.
Curry was tasteless and pretty sure not fresh.

Just had lamb biryani family pack very tasty and did not expect so much meat and chicken 65 complimentary was awesome.

The worest customer service I had in Melbourne. The employee's are much better than the lady owner at the customer service. Poor customer servic. Food also has a problem with cleaniness. I have found foreign things in the package which I don't want to mention.

I ordered the Hyderabadi Special Biryani today through the Menu Log, but it was very disappointing, the biryani was not even close to the Biryani, it is more like Bagara Khana. I request the hotel management don't sell it with the name " Hyderabadi Special Biryani" rather once visit Hyderabad India and eat the Biryani to know the real Biryani. Biryani house is just selling the rice and chicken/mutton with the name of Hyderabadi Biryani, so disappointing.

The best biryani ever!
Properly cooked, chicken was super juicy and the dum was perfect!
We also had chilli prawn and it was the best!

Personally I will only and only order indian food from Biryani House!

Could've given zero. Ordered chilli paneer dry, gave me kadhai paneer with loads of uncooked spices and then they tried to convince that this is how chilli paneer is cooked i.e. Without frying the paneer.

I ordered Hydrabadi Chicken Biryani. It is a specialty of the place and they have managed to make it below standards. Chicken was dry and one small piece, no masala in biryani. It was like having saffron coloured rice with no taste.

Biryani was nice.and chicken tandoori also nice.mutton biryani also good.price charging a$ extra on each item than the menu price, not sure why, but food is ok. If you are after a good biryani, well this is the place in west I could say.ambience, hygiene everything good, can go with family.

Biriyani tastes delicious and great customer service. Live in south east but worth travelling to west. Will visiting again soon.

We went there to eat dosa, but we placed an order for veggie noodles as well. Guess what we found in the noodles. A ROCK (stone). Cant believe it they served us rock in the noodles and thank god my husband got it on time.we complained them, they are shameless people they still charged us 16$ for those rocky noodles. Shameless management

Seriously It doesn’t deserve even one star for the kind of Biryani we just had. Insipid and Bland, just like boiled chicken in it and that too in scarcity and the whole jumbo (yes! We ordered Jumbo!) bowl was just full of bland rice. Not enough colour, merely any fragrance. This biryani had only one piece of cardamom in it, not exaggerating! Like all the authentic khadey-masale were missing! It was like I tried making a biryani at home for the first time and obviously missed out on achieving the authenticity of it.
I can’t believe they are serving such a dish and asking shamelessly for $79.99 for it.
We called back to give the feedback but it was brazenly sidelined by saying that “you can speak to our manager, we will make home return your call”, but never heard from anyone ever again.
It’s nothing but an obnoxious and disgraceful practice of business.

Biryani okay. Naan no good at all looks like papadam under cooked n thin. And need some proper staff specially at front of house with some knowledge about menu, also very noisy cooks n workers inside kitchen, talk slowly and do your work in kitchen or have a proper door.

Ordered Family Pack biryani, it has more rice than chicken. Secondly, it wasn't a proper biryani. Not very happy.

They used to served the best Biryani. But sad to say recently the standard has dropped tremenously. The ratio of oil to masala is too high. So there is very little biryani flavour and mostly oil that coats the biryani. It beeen the same the last 4 times i ordered. Sadly the last time the biryani had not flavour at all. It was like having bolied lamb pieces in oily safron rice. Please fix this issue. I miss the old biryani. Cant find a good biryani like that anywhere.: (

Good food and great customer service. Had Chicken 555, Chicken 65 briyani and special chicken briyani.all the dishes were wonderful

I placed a jumbo chicken and jumbo goat biryani takeaway order. But the quantity was so less and the biryani was not at all good. The chicken dum biryani was fully oily and the goat biryani is not at the dum taste. It tastes like plain rice without any flavours and the pieces were so hard. I don't recommend this restaurant and I don't wanna place order again. Waste of money.
