45 I ordered a product listed as in stock and was informed after ordering it was not. I waited 2 weeks for delivery, which I was fine with. I bought a coffee maker with a father's day gift pack (coffee beans and milk frothing jug etc) and $50 visa gift card.
I never received the gift pack nor the visa gift card. I've emailed and phoned multiple times. I can't wait on hold for over 10 minutes, I work at a hospital full time so working when they are open and using my lunch breaks to call. They just blatantly ignore multiple emails. It's very unprofessional and a real disrespect for my time. If they can't honor the promotion, don't offer it. Train your staff appropriately and ensure the customer service training is in place so staff can manage problems like this instead of hiding from frustrated customers.
I wouldn't order from them again. If something goes wrong, it's clear you won't get support for warranty or repairs if this is an indication of their communication skills. They're just too unreliable.
Purchased an item and 5 days later was emailed that it wasnt in stock and that they would give me an update in 2-3 days. After 3 days I tried to phone them but never got through after staying on hold for 20 minutes. I emailed twice with no response. Again I phoned to finally find out that my item wouldnt be in stock for another 2 weeks plus shipping time. Needless to say I canceled the order. What a huge waste of time. Will never purchase from you again. Terrible experience.
It was quite a while ago, but I bought a Sunbeam Coffee grinder from here because it was the cheapest in place in Australia bar none for this quality grinder. It was delivered by courier in days and hasn't missed a beat in years of use. Seeing other reviews I'm not sure if I was just lucky, but I have to say I was happy with the whole process.
Better not pay with credit card on Billy Guyatts website. I was charged for an order I never placed 6 months after I bought from them. And went through great trouble with them to get the refund.
Fraud company, stay away, purchased stuff from their ebay store on 1st Sep, never ship it and there is totally no communication, I will need to wait nearly 1 month to claim my money back.after click puchase, they kept sending promo email but not sending the products. STAY AWAY! READ THEIR EBAY NEGTIVE FEEDBACK BEFORE PURCHASING!
I purchased a Sony WF-1000XM3B on Friday evening for pick up at Billy Guyatts Keilor store. Although I got an invoice and other automated responses, it was unclear if I can go to the store to pick it up. So I rang on Sunday and was informed I should wait for an email. Monday afternoon I rang again and was told the order was still not processed. The order should get processed and delivered to the store by Wednesday, and I will receive an email. Nothing was forth coming again, so rang on Thursday and was told the stock was sent on Tuesday and they will check why I was not informed. After checking I was informed they have no stock and they will let me know when they will get stock. Five minutes later they rang back and said the supplier has no stock and they can only provide a refund. I informed them many other retailers have stock. Is it case of no stock or they can't supply for the price they advertised.
All the facts point to false advertising.
This is second time I have had ban experience with Billy Guyatts online and will never purchase anything from them again.
Poor experience
I’d like rate NO Star if I can! I purchased commercial freezer with them. They promise deliver in 3-6 days, I wait more then 10 days to get confirm about the delivery date and it’s already nearly 15 days away! They only do delivery once a week! They won’t set it up after delivery! Don’t buy from them! Very bad service! I have stock need to put in, they don’t do refund because of the late delivery! SAVE YOUR TIME! Don’t buy!

GIVE MY MONEY BACK!
I ordered a Panasonic microwave and it arrived damaged with a large dent in one side. After quite a lot of communication they said they would replace it but I had to lug the microwave to the post office to send it back. Two weeks on I finally receive the replacement which is also damaged. They offered a 20% discount to keep the damaged item, but I am not interested as the microwave is in view. Now Billy Guyatts say they won't send another replacement. Such poor form. Will never purchase from them again.
Dodgey pricey one price on eBay and when you click for more info on there Ebay ad there’s a diff price. They still charge the higher price when asked they make out they don’t know what you are talking about
Never heard of this store until I was searching for a fridge during 2019 Boxing Day sales period. Their price was far better than anyone else, offered FREE shipment (on a product like a fridge we are talking about minimum $75) and delivered it quickly within 2 business days.
Highly recommend them.
DON"T buy good from these guys unless you want to wait weeks for delivery, ordered a fridge and it took nearly three weeks to be delivered, that is not acceptable, this company is a scam they stock nothing and have to order everything in, do yourself a favour, If Guyatts is cheaper buy it from Appliances Online and get them to price match, they deliver withing three days not three weeks
I bought Philips DiamondClean online 3 weeks ago, picture showed on stock but actually not.
They won’t contact you even out of stock.
We called them several times and always tell us they will call back but never did.
Terrible service ever!

Bought a microwave from theses guys - fast no fuss delivery - when there was a problem with the microwave (would not start!) they quickly and efficiently change it for a working one- no fuss!

Bought 2 items in their online store. While the price could be a bit lower than the rest of the online store. The service is terrible. There is a delay in stocks, thus they would be delivered late. When they finally arrived, it went to my billing address instead of shipping address.
My advice is don't bother buying from Billy Guyatts unless you are expecting your items to delay for at least half a month and when you finally get it, it is delivered to your billing address instead of your shipping address listed in the tax invoice.
Frustrated customer
Purchased summer fan, was not received any confirmation email at the beginning and hard to find someone to speak to, was bit worried about order.but have received my fan on time, all good.
This is a Billy Guyatts on line collection place only. The main shop is Stan Cash. It has a large variety of goods. Prices seem to be competitive.
Beginning to end.quite simply perfect in every way.which is a terrible situation because I always find fault with most services.as my wife would agree; I usually then take enjoyment from bleating to the world about how useless and broken or sub-service they were. Sadly; and seriously, with Billy Guyatts I feel useless and completely redundant with nothing to say except praise. So, I've said enough! Drat! Ruined my night! LOL ;^p
Ordered online – best prices I could find on the net. Transaction was super fast with all the confirmations; delivery was shipped the next day; and delivered on the following, with parcel tracking and notifications. This is exactly how an online business should run.
Ordered 8 days ago, and only when I rang up was I advised the products had not been shipped at all, and half the products were not in stock.the only positive was the refund was prompt.
Will shop at Kogan's online store next time.
