45Paid for a KitchenAid mixer as part of Black Friday sale late November and now nearly 3 months later its not delivered despite KitchenAid having stock. (I registered interest in the product directly with them in December). No meaningful response from Billy Guyatts despite many emails so having to lodge this negative review, complain to Consumer Affairs as they are not even responding now to my emails. I should have looked at below reviews, my story seems same as several. A company that oscillates between 1 star and 5 is not reliable enough for me. I am emailing the same email address Billy Guyatts provide in their responses below. In summary, they sell things they don't have, and don't really know when they are going to have. My item is still for sale today on their website despite them presumably having a 3 month sales backlog.
Ordered a microwave last year, which was delivered promptly. Tried to buy a fridge online this week, but out of stock. Spoke with Tracy both times she was knowledgeable and friendly. Superb customer service.
I was disappointed considering I found an item on the site for a great price at 1am but didn't purchase as I thought I could do that in the morning, and by midday Black Friday the price had actually been increased. I asked if they would honour it they as its been less than 24hours they said no. What's worse is the price went up on a black Friday sale.
It’s been excellent customer experience every time I have engaged in any purchase from the store. Great and competitive price. Excellent customer service.

Bought a few items from billyguyatts, the service was great. They had the cheapest prices and the customer service team were really helpful.
I was also able to track my delivery.
Ordered a Air Fryer online, after 3 weeks still hasn’t arrived. Billy Guyatts Customer service blames Australia Post however they were the ones who used them not me. They should be canceling that delivery service and get item returned and get a sales representative to deliver another item personally for their incompetence.
Good prices, but don't seem to have anyone working in their delivery department so if you place an online order, you have to wait until someone volunteers their time to go look through the online orders to post them. Maybe happens once a month at best.
EDIT: They don't have a store room. They order directly from the supplier. They're selling things they don't actually have.

This the first time I order bulk iteam from Billy Guyatts After I place an order about 10 itmes and estimate shipping time is 1 to 2days.
I have requested everything have to delivery by 14th October so 11 days after my ordered I think it should be enough time frame for them to organise my stock.
After that I keep calling them any update about my order they said "Fridge and Microwave out of stock" and they will contact me back for update no one is contact me untill I try to contact them.
So most of the products is no stokc but they scam me to buy it.
I end up request for full refund.
Never ever buy it from them again.
I ordered Samsung 75 inch tv on 12th Sep because it was cheapest place. However, after ordered, I found that I need to check the availability of product before order. I called them on 13th Monday. One of staff told me that it’s not available for another 7 weeks because Samsung Electric doesn’t have stock. I checked another place but it was same, but I found it one but it was much expensive than this place. However, I wanted to have tv faster even tho i need to spend more money. So I cancelled it and received money via credit card this morning 15th Wednesday and they were really kind. I wrote this because I saw someone wrote that they don’t care about you after paying but, as my experience, it was really great customer service. I will definitely use this company again if i will find any products available. Thanks. - Please check your products availability before order so you don’t get any troubles:)
Bought a tv listed online as available, after a week and not having heard anything i called and was informed that the tv wasn't available for 6-8 weeks. No communication, and no apology for this oversight. Only positive was that they refunded me quickly when requested. I wouldn't recommend buying from these guys without confirming stock availability in person, and who has time for that.
Disappointing overall experience. Bought a $600 appliance as a birthday gift, it was lost/delayed by Australia Post and Billy Guyats wants to charge a 20% restocking fee to return (when/if it ever arrives) so I'm now in a position where i have no gift to give or will be $120 + postage out of pocket. Wouldn't use again.
My item was received damaged, which is going to happen from time to time. The customer service that followed was brilliant. I wasn't bounced around from person to person; I dealt with one agent, Marita, who handled the issue from start to finish and organised a replacement promptly, despite me being in a rural location. Marita was a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Billy Guyatts after this experience. Thanks for going the extra mile.
Excellent customer service as per usual. Good advice, better than price matched the on line prices. Family run business. Worth supporting as they really look after their customers. We bought two fridges and one large LCD and saved close to $1,500. Thanks guys.
Bought a Samsung TV on black Friday sale on the website because it said the TV was in stock only to find out later that it is not and they're getting information from Samsung on when the TV's will be restocked. That was November. We have been told that it was supposed to be 3 week so in Dec, then it was another 3 weeks and another. Now it's February and seriously sick of waiting. Oh yea and they took the money as well during this time. Don't sell something you don't have in stock and mislead customers that it will be in stock and then never fulfil this. Will never shop here again.
Ordered a Samsung tv said to be available. Received an email the next day told me there will be a 6-8 weeks delay. I asked them to cancel my order but haven't heard back yet. It's been 3 days. So I'm here to check the reviews, and seems that many people have the same experience with me.
I am appalled by billy guyatts! Lies and deceit. I purchased a Q80T tv back in November 2020 they then email me and said I am on a pre order list eta January, I then get an email saying that it is expected at the start of feb.i then get an email saying sorry Samsung can not fulfill this order.so i called Samsung and spoke to them, oddly enough i can buy direct from samsung and i would receive it within a week. Billy Guyatts will not live up to there black friday sale prices hence why they lie and blame another company.
Very impressed with their Customer Service and competitive prices. Ordered a new washing machine which we knew would be low stock or out of stock. They kept great communication as they discussed the status of the machine stock with the vendor and somehow managed to deliver our new machine within 4 days of ordering though the original quote was 2-3 weeks! Beyond that the delivery guys were great and also took away our old machine for free!
I bought an LG t.v. On black Friday for $2,583 when the big names were selling it for $2,800. Original price was $3200! Insane price but there was a catch. I was asked if I was ok with waiting 3 to 4 weeks for it. I was concerned but decided to wait. I personally thought it was worth waiting for, the price was unbeatable and delivery was free. T.v arrived within 10 days brand new in it's box safely delivered by awesome delivery drivers who take pride in customer service. Calling Billy Guyattes was always a breeze, the staff was awesome and super friendly to deal with. These guys may not be as big as those giants in the industry but they thrive like championships and I commend the team for their exceptional customer service. Barring all the negative reviews, I would definitely say I can trust Billy Guyatts from Brooklyn. Just take in to consideration that you may wait up to 4 weeks but these guys will always look after you. Highly recommended
Wow never thought I would see this name
Again but what a deal I just got leading into Christmas there are very limited Samsung, LG and no Sony PlayStation 5 products not only in Victoria but Australia wide. My other half needed a new television for Christmas and what a deal I just got. Joe in sales at Geelong road helped me from start to finish I got my hands on a Samsung QLED TELEVISION 2 days before Christmas and at the most unbelievable of prices. Thanks Joe. The whole process was seem less from service to holding the last one for me to ensuring i paid the best price. I’ll definitely be going back to Billy Guyatts sometime soon. Ordered an appliance on Monday through their website and paid in full. Advised on the Wednesday that there is no stock due for at least 3 weeks. I said refund me please as I need it asap. Now Friday and still waiting for my money! Bad enough selling something you don't have but holding money for a week and counting. I wouldn't advise purchasing from this business or if you do ensure they have the item in their warehouse at least. I later ordered the appliance through appliance giant and had it on my door step interstate 3 days later with no fuss
