BIG W Queen Victoria Village

Great place to shop with BigW, Woolworth's all the other specialty stores and the large variety of food outlets it's a good place to spend a few hours.

Another sad store that forces you to check your own items out on a soulless machine no customer service whatsoever and what makes the experience even more insulting is the security person who stands behind you in your personal space and intimidatly watches you to ensure you scan everything that you have selected for purchase. Wake up Big w and start providing the service and selection your customers deserve

You have 2 work your way through the maze of dozens of stores. It's got housegoods (electrical, bedding) & party supplies, as well as casual clothing. Prices vary from what you can find in other places to cheaper to more expensive. If u have a sweet tooth or book 2 read, go there.

Helpful female employee went out of her way to help me find the product i wanted.she had a look through the boxes because what i wanted was not on the shelves yet.thank you a+ service!)

Everytime I Visit this store they don't have items in stock if you know your busy why not restock your popular items. Always waiting my time coming here.

It's easy to get lost here and hard to find staff if you're there for a quick visit especially during your lunch break when you need to quickly find something you want but have no idea where it is.

Everytime we pass the store we have been checked the backpack！no dignity! We swear never enter that shop again and tell all the people we meet.

This place is a dream come true for shoppers if all things Woolworths, you've got Big W, Woolworths, bws, Dan Murphy's, officeworks, priceline pharmacy, and a plethora of food shops from continents beyond, parking downstairs is $20 all day on weekdays of you spend as little as $1 at QV, on. Weekends it's even better at $12 all day!
There's plenty of staff and security who look after the complex making it a safe place to shop too.

Big store and plentiful choice of products. Friendly staff, especially the doorperson on this occassion. Clean and tidy store.

Very well stocked on a very busy location.staff is lovely. Also there's a very helpful staff member I would like to mention, Abby. I was looking for something and I asked him if he knew where could I find this stuff, he literally took me to that aisle and showed what exactly I was looking for.great service.really impressed by the positive attitude they have.would go again

Used the store for eBay "Click and Collect" - took 4 days to process from AusPost delivery to being placed in locker. Called to enquire and had situation resolved in a few hours. Not part of their core business, so seemingly not a priority. Disappointed by the time it took to get my parcel, but happy with the service of staff once I pointed out the problem.
