Organized, Those who work there are always able to help you and give where the products are located.
Since two years I go to BIGW to buy all what I need for my home, cloths and for my skin care products

One of the best Big W branches, especially for the elegant style of the work team and the first impression when I needed help and asked for it from TONik A polite person who literally wants to help with passion and professionalism and is aware and aware of every detail and corner of the store. I exchanged conversations with a child named Rosa (who knows the value of an opportunity) )! We exchanged conversation while I was lying behind her and she helped me with passion and diligence, even though she joined the team only a week ago. She has no ego to seek help from her colleagues like she did with KEQR, who is talented in her own unique way. She rates seven stars for her body language and attractive style, and another. Hero in the story AJAy The big boy, the guard, who helped me scan my shopping code again on my behalf when I made a mistake in the number. Thank you guys, you made my day easy and happy. Today I found guys working in an environment conducive to success. Also, all thanks to the nice lady, whose name unfortunately I did not remember, but she was working. In the health and beauty department, it is very good. All thanks to the branch management, which provided all these factors for success

They sell cute merchandises from time to time.

I wished the Swanston St escalator had another one running up so we could exit that way too.

8/10/2021 - time 5: 20pm Queen Vic Village -
Staff members are lazy and don't seem to care.
Poor service all round!

I spent $15 for a clothes rack to get delivered, considering the pandemic and my schedule was busy. Some of the items however did not arrive in the box, let alone an instruction manual showing how to put it together.

I called up Big W which took an hour of my time, only for them to tell me to deliver the item back to the store to get a refund. Everyone knows that! I just simply wanted to get the items that were missing in a timely manner.

I finally went in the store in person, knowing how long and unprofessional they would be if I delivered it by mail. There was a service worker, who seemed to care little for her work (8/10/2021 - time 5: 20pm Queen Vic Village) and she was cold, acting like it was MY FAULT? ! I wanted compensation, for delivery failing to give my items in an according manner as they promised. But they simply gave me a new one, without even offering to deliver it for free. It's bad enough doing this during lockdown.

I simply needed a clothes rack to dry my clothes. But it took 2 days for something so simple. Big W, no wonder you're going out of business! Executives don't seem to care, nor does the lower level staff.
Quit giving out pointless surveys and step up your customer service game!

After having 2 different bad customer service situations at south yarra and highpoint, I was delighted to have amazing service from QV Big W. Both team members I dealt with were super helpful, friendly and made me feel as though my custom was important. Thank you team QV, your service has kept me a Big W customer!

A huge thank-you to lovely Aisha, the supervisor, and her team for their amazing work in the middle of the lockdown. We were blown away by having our Click & Collect order ready just 2 hours after placing the order, so we could pick it up before curfew. All the staff were just so lovely, including a young man on the phone who helped with directions. This is a team that goes so far above & beyond what one would expect from a big company; their genuine care that their customers get their orders really warmed my heart. ️

A huge THANK YOU to the lady on cashier duty at Big W on Wednesday 7 July mid afternoon. Unbeknownst to me I had accidentally left my wallet on the counter but did not discover my loss till Thursday. Having not left my home since Wed I was convinced I had misplaced my wallet at home. After a futile search, my husband re-traced our shopping steps and was told that my wallet had been in safe-keeping awaiting my collection. What a wonderful experience. I fully commend the staff member for her honesty and professionalism. In my many years shopping at Big W, the staff have been uniformly friendly, courteous, helpful and kind and now, I also add trustworthy. Congratulations Big W and thank you!

I ordered online and they delivered all out of date (already expired) products to me. So unsatisfied. If I could, I would rate at zero stars

Last time I went there, a lot of products were not available like literally a lot of them. It could be due to COVID situation.
Apart of that, staffs were very helpful and professional. Lots of carts and trollies available.

It's a Big W, not much to say. Although this one is cleaner & brighter than most. The parking is expensive under this shopping centre though. Not Big W's fault but if I mention it maybe something will be done about it.

Edit- I received a message from QV saying that there is discounted parking if over a dollar is spent in stores.

I was looking for exactly this when I went into parking & did not see it advertised, at the boomgate entry, at the pay machines at the entry of BigW. I think QV needs to more prominently advertise this if they & their hosted stores don't want to lose money.

Very helpful staff, guided me to exactly what I was after. Quick service and organised store. My only critisism is that the office equipment and tech should be in the same area. I wandered around the tech section looking for a mouse for my computer only to find that they were in a different space in the store, seems silly

Ordered 2 products for click & collect early Friday morning, and by Saturday afternoon I still hadn’t received confirmation that the order was ready. I called the store and they insisted that they were JUST about to call me (doubt that) to inform me that neither item was in stock (despite both items saying they’re in stock online).

Instead of cancelling & refunding my entire order however, they explained that they’re refunding me on one item.and just giving me a similar item for the other product? Despite it not being what I ordered.

To make it more frustrating, I paid for the order with a $20 gift card & the rest on regular debit. The regular debit has been refunded, but the one product I picked up (the replacement product mind you) was only $13.50. When I asked if I will be receiving the other $6.50 on a gift card, they said the gift card company will process the refund.

I’ve looked into it (it was a big w gift card through a third party) and no, they won’t be refunding it. So I basically paid an extra $6.50 for something I didn’t even order.

Good but items regularly out of stock in underwear. Required a bra size which wasn't available in any colour or variety despite stating online it was in stock.

Said online that in-store shopping is available. Get to the store. Pick up only. Clothes and cooking equipment is very essential so why closed. Now my family are cold and hungry. Big Waist of time. Never again shopping here

Centrally Located at QV, Big W offers an extensive variety of goods, ranging from Clothing, Toys, Sporting Goods, Books, Shoes, Electrical Appliances, Camping, Travelling, Auto, Party, etc, etc.
Definitely a good place to shop or just browse.

Honestly disgusting the security guard saw that I had a Myer bag with Myer items and ask me if I had a receipt. Felt like a criminal honestly disgusting big w is a horrible place to go

This place has a lot of different stores. Honestly this shopping centre is a maze which I found difficult to find my way in and out of. If you visit here make sure you take a cut lunch and a couple of stiff drinks. You'll need the nourishment while you spend a couple of weeks finding your way around.

I have been a regular at BigW QV centre since 2015 and I can honestly say all the staff in this store are genuinely lovely, friendly and always eager to help.
Tuesday 11 May 2021 was my most current positive interaction was with the following staff member: Ahmed. A genuinely lovely, young man who displayed two incredibly important traits, Respect & Compassion. A good man indeed. Bless him.
