I would like to thank Tammy and all that helped in getting the items I wanted. Tammy and other team members kept me up to date. They all went beyond normal duty to help me. Thankyou my sons will be happy with their leggo

The brunette woman behind the service counter is rude, patronising and shows little to no empathy to customers.

The price's were fantastic, staff very friendly. I felt very safe while shopping here, I was able to finally find some clothing for winter, no other shops seem to have any. Thankyou for the great shopping experience and how friendly and helpful your staff are

Horrified by the milk tin scuffle. Shame on staff for sticking up for racism. Permitting and thanking individuals who provoke and threaten young couples from purchasing milk tins for their bubz. Misinformation by FB poster. Shame, shame, shame.

There are some great deals to be had, but things like cd's and movies seem a little outdated to me.

Nothing special about this big W however does have a good selection of dvds and CDs which is rare to find these days.

Very good shop love coming here for clothes on the odd occasion and shopping for books I love books

This store is Really Great, l love shopping there, great Clothes, lots of DVD's, Music and Games, the Staff are Really Great and Very Helpful

Friendly Staff are happy to assist you in this Big W store. The place is kept tidy and well stocked. Some items may not be available as they are not the largest of the Big W stores, but staff are always happy to order a item or contact another store to hold an item for you. This store is located in a rather small shopping center with outdoor and underground parking available. About 5min walk from the train station. Accessible to people with Disability.

Huge store. Friendly staff. Good variety of products and specials on sale. Great place to process your photos.

Good range, always well stocked, very limited amount of staff to help customers. Store looks very depressing (very clinical).

I love this shop. It has a huge range, including sections like BBQ, fishing, sports. The carpark can get very busy Saturday morning.

Great service since I served myself, very hard to find a staff person at all then don't know what you are talking about because they don't know are seen to care

Great experience today with Devon at Big W, was after an assorted style of product which I couldn't see on the shelves, so he went out the back and brought out all the boxers that might have that style in them and went through them one by one with me.

Absolutely appalling service from a guy in the home entertainment section tonight, supplied a SKU number at 5.58pm by the time he looked it up which had just hit 6.00pm he turns around and said to me we have stock but we're closed now and didn't even bother to offer to have a look on the shelf for me. Very disappointed.

During the early training sessions you run your retail assistants through you should teach them to both answer a phone call and then return after they've placed a customer on hold. Your costumer service is very poor.

Maybe Lilydale is the new place to shop. Nice layout. Not over crowded like some stores closer to the city. Staff were very helpful in what I was looking for.will be back.

Shop for every family, great prices, quality and after sales is sort of questionable. If you are after a quick fix for the moment, them this place would be good.

Loving the big change rooms. Registers at the front of store, not in the middle. Room to move. All prices marked larger would be great. The change room sign could stand out a little more, had to ask where it was. Great staff.

Very disappointed.
I supported a lady in a wheel chair to do her shopping but i couldnt find any wheelchair trolley at all. Staff said they didn't have one.
So we left the store. Very bad.
