Great store, Please keep stocking 1964 Denim Company Staight leg Jeans. I have found all 1964 DC mens clothing to be of hi standand. Merry Christmas BIG W team & all.

Good local Big W store with all the items you expect from Big W, friendly staff and plenty of parking spaces available.

Kind and helpful staff, I lost my wallet after a shop, and a gentleman named Robert quickly helped me reunited with it. Excellent customer service here!

A great store in a good shopping centre to shop in I much prefer it to the nearest Kmart. I can always find things and there’s no silly mid store check out like Kmart.

Staff went out of their way to find what we wanted, register staff insisted on getting a trolley as the package was awkward.

I like to go here better than Kmart, the clothing that I purchased l feel is better quality, staff are very helpful. And the way the MarketPlace Lilydale or whatever it is called is better than any huge place. It has everything that you might need.

Ok, nothing special, they are all pretty similar. Found good prices on thermal underwear which was useful.

I love shopping here but it was sad to see someone steal something right in front of me and so many security tags that had been ripped off products in the store.
These thieves are going to get this store shut down. Does the Management not care?

Asked the guy at the door where bean bag refills were in the store, and out of all the products, he knew exactly where they were, and then served me on the till.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Cancelled a click and collect to have delivered instead. Have had to chase up refund which apparently was issued on the 20th of January 2022. Still waiting.

Online ordering is impossible…won’t accept home phone number, I, don’t have a mobile, then it won’t accept my email address either sadly, I spent 35 yrs in computer industry this is a easy fix,
You are losing money due to poor programmers. I, managed to get the vacuum else where and the clothing and other goods online no drama…
I, like shopping in store but am unable too, due to injury…one very upset customer.retired business owner,

Lego 3 in 1 for $32. Build a dragon, scorpion, or tiger out of the same pieces. Good value, great for kids, comes with step by step instructions. But Dad ends up building them (we are all big kids)

Never find any suitable clothes there. I've given up. Whoever buys for Big W as far as fashion goes needs to rethink things.

Doesn't send a message to say that they will be closed at 6 pm cost me time.money an energy I didn't have the be running around after coming down earlier on the way home with hope.to just grab what I had ordered an leave. Was simply standing at the end of an isle waiting to use a price checker and a worker with a pallet was working in the middle of the floor directly opposite. I was waiting for her to finish when she rudely says "WAIT". I wasn't planning on walking past but she obviously thought I was going to. The item that I purchased was in fact on special (I had looked it up online) but did not have a special price ticket. Rude staff don't tend to make me want to go back.
