63It was clean. Don't like being inundated with Xmas stock so soon. Got served by a guy called 'Tiger'. Don't think he liked his job or people in general. Not always easy to find staff members.
Terrible service from worse than hopeless staff.
Ignorant nasty women who know nothing about customer service.
Hope this is not typical of all Big W stores but I'm guessing it is.
On line purchasing is also a nightmare!
Big w fountain gate is a awesome place to shop i shopped here for some bbq goods for my birthday bbq however you can just about find anything you need from clothing to homeware to mobile phones to kids toy's you feel right at home as soon as you get there with a lovely welcoming from the staff at the front so polite and wonderful remarkable customer service that's why i give big w fountain gate a awesome 10/10
