Pick up from door to boot went perfectly, the storeman even carried items and packed them in car for me. Staff were polite and efficient. Excellent service

Glad to see other countries products being sold other than the one that mass manufactures bad quality wear/use once only products. Quality is lacking and a bit more variety for ladies larger sizes in smart casual. Otherwise well set out. Easy to shop. Fitting rooms lighting can be improved so u can see what things look like on in good lighting.

Great store big, clean and very well set out for a good shopping experience.
I found the service in all departments tobe of great help and very cheerful.
This store is very well laid out for wheel chairs and isles are nice and wide so you can move easily.

DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM BIG W!
In August last year I bought a 52 inch EKO Tv from Big W broadmeadows via click and collect during stage 4 lockdown.
From day dot this unit did not work it was obviously faulty. I bought this specific brand as I had a smaller version of it and never had a single problem with it- to later learn it has an entirely different system.
I was interstate at the time and I didnt use it myself for about a month to start the returns process.
Over the next NINE MONTHS I would go through an absolute headache of them telling me firstly the refund was approved and someone would be collecting the unit, then telling me that was a complete lie and I need to get it repaired (when it was the entire line of TVs not our unit) and going back and forth with their call centre overseas to organise a repair I HAD TO STAY HOME FROM WORK FOR because they REFUSED to come when it suited me.
The repair (unsurprisingly) made no difference to the constant glitching and I got so close to throwing the remote through it I went back to the very same head office who should have issued me a refund in the first place.
It took me copying sections of the consumer law into the emails with them for them to finally admit, yeah, we do owe you your money back.
I finally organise to take it back to the CLOSED broadmeadows store (I didnt know it was closed due to this experience I have never bought anything else from
Big w).
Head office literally approved for me to take it back to a store that shut in January bc apparently they werent aware it shut?
So NINE MONHS later I FINALLY have a refund after an entirely painful hour actually physically taking it back to a store half an hour away.

I have experienced an amazing customer service from Michelle (From service), another gentleman from the service and manager Deb (if I'm not mistaken with the names).
I needed to return a set of cookware which I bought more than a year ago.
Yes, they accepted the return and refunded me! Before doing that they replaced two pieces from the cookware as they worned out.
This is really an exceptional piece of customer service.
I tried another two stores, Big W Pakenham, they tried to help but I didn't have the original receipt and it was over a year.
Big W Narre Warren was really not caring.

Big W has a broad range of items to purchase. They should be stocked with new products more often however it OK. Big W could deliver an astounding service to customers with a few enhancements to there system like more staff to assist with customers or more effective sales.

The security guard at this store is rude and always says you didn't pay for something when you actually did. Walked in with a purchase from Aldi and showed in the way in when I left with nothing was accused of stealing the purchase I made at Aldi. Disgusting that Big W have this incompetent rude smart arse security.

Good variety of pans and pots available there. Bought 2 today.

Update: bought some more stuff again after 2 months. I like the variety of non-stick pans available there. Also hey have a huge variety of towels with varying prices according to your choice of quality.
What I also like is their considerable section of books and movies. Cutlery is also of fairly nice quality with affordable options. There is a cosmetics and personal hygiene section as well.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well organised and the store is large, you can find almost everything there besides groceries.

No customer service, no one at the cash registers, big line at self serve.why don't you employ some people and have cash registers you make millions in profit it's just greed not having staff not to mention zero customer service.

Good range of clothing, toys, tech, sports, home decor and shoes etc. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff.

Absolutely the worse store I have ever contacted in the yrs of buying from BIG W. Called and put through to area then hung up on without conversation 5 times. What a joke. Trying to buy something when live a hr away as online says they have few and they deliberately won’t answer the ph just pickup and hang up.

Big w has won me over.
Great service, very professional, organised, helpful, polite and hygienic.

Absolutely incredible

They dealt very badly with customers. We bought a TV and broke down from the first week. We wanted to replace it. They told us you must wait 14 days to fix the problem. We have children. We cannot live without TV. We took the TV and bought another TV from another store. We are very upset with their dealings.

Excellent mutl-purpose store. Very affordable prices for different sets of items and products. Good customer friendly staff at your service. Easy access for visitors from different parts of the city. Easy accessibility to all the wheelchair entrants. Good well designed and well-equipped store.

Very poor customer service.bought a kitchen sensor bin price on shelves mark as $39.after billing we realised they charged $59.when we highlight this issue to front associate she called the guy who working on kitchen department.i did showed him the actual price on the shelves is $39 because there are almost 5 more bins on the same price.but the guy took the price ticket out from the shelves and said cant give you for that price.without even apologies that its a wrong price on shelves.really bad service wont shop there any more

Have some really good products here at reasonable prices. Hard to find help though if you are stuck.
