46Always clean, staff always around, great specials to be found. Only thing I hate is when you're looking for long pjs or jackets or any winter clothing in spring, there is nothing to be found. I know it's spring, but the weather does not reflect this at the moment!
Love the varieties, but still prefer kmart when comparing prices. Prices could have been better.
The store has everything you need but looks untidy. Good thing about the store is you don't have to go to the middle of the store to pay. Checkouts are at the front where they should be and they are plenty of self checkouts
Bad customer service, the fitting rooms manager wouldn't let me try on the pants, she said the fitting rooms are currently closed.
It's strange how a big store of this size closes the fitting rooms two hours before the store's closing time.
Extremely poor customer service. I attended Sunday 23rd October at 10am. When I arrived the greeter on front door was to busy on her phone to look up and greet the customers. 5mins later when I left she was still too busy on her to look up at the customers leaving.
Order a click and collect. Get told because it was after 12 would have to come back tomorrow. There were 3 of the item sitting in the cabinet. How hard is it to go and get one and scan it through? Absolutely ridiculous!
Edit: after being told it couldn't be processed because it was after 12 and would have to come back the next day, I got a message 5 minutes before closing time telling me my item was ready to be picked up.
Will definitely will be the last time shopping from Big W. Not because they didn't do what I need but but because they deal with customers as stupid and having hidden surprises for them that are not stated clearly and that will eventually deprive the customer from their rights. Very disrespectful and unprofessional
I used to work for this company back when they had very high standards. Tonight three staff at the door. Not one could be bothered even acknowledging us as we walked in. No staff to be seen in the store itself.
No actual staffed checkouts open. They don’t care that a staff member is literally standing there like a security guard watching people scan their own items without assistance. Not staff fault that this is what they are told to do but not even looking at customers and being friendly. I also hate that they are all dressed in jeans and casual clothes- even harder to identify what staff there are.
Happy to charge full price, standing over us watching, not actually serving anyone and then turning away as we left. Customers are just big dollar signs walking in and out.
The security woman at the front door (she is of Indian culture) is horrifically disrespectful! This is the second time I’ve come to this specific store where she deliberately was being malicious towards myself in front of my kids as I was leaving the store. She needs to know her place And learn how to speak to customers! She’s completely put me off from shopping there again!
Two lazy ladies at ballon section don’t even bother to take my ballon order.very disappointing.
What does direct to boot mean? Does it mean contact less pick up service?
The guy came out with my order chased me down to lift my boot by myself because he is not allowed to touch my car! While I've done direct to boot 100 times with WWS, few times with this big W and never experienced this. Just to let you know that I didn't want to have any contact with you because my son is not well. Although his covid test is negative, there must be another flu. Good Luck!
I took my Son to Big W to buy school shoes for his daughter. They were so cheap that we bought 2 pairs. I love Big W.
Be careful guys please ask there policy for tech, someone callled Jak have his own manging policies, he says he is manager. I bought the mobile when i open it was broken, particularly manager there advise they need to send this to chine for repair. Even i bought yesterday. Shop there atleast three times in month but this time this guys put me off. I advise him to please show me policy, they dont have answers. I advise him i can put your words in writing there he say he will take off. Look like BigW time for destruction. Always being fan of Bigw.
They sell me something broken now i have to suffer for their handling.
Never disappoint s me, I get what I need, cheap and best of afterpay, but some areas may need to be tidy a accident waiting to happen
Reasonably tidy store in (most) departments, not like your opposition in the other retail block, that was disgusting.
But please can stores (like these) police the Mask rules.

Very Strict Security guard doing their job. Well Done. They are helpful workers. Order my Christmas on Friday collect today Sunday.
Most of the stock availability online does not match to actual availability. However click and collect service which was a bit delayed from original time and date but the collection experience was seamless
Terrible service. Booked a 9.30am click and collect, confirmed via email and text then turn up to be told due to public holiday they open later, no communication prior to this. Phone lines dont connect for me to get a refund so i can go to Kmart and get proper customer service. Not happy
Team were ever so helpful! Friendly and smiling even though it was very busy! Great service team!

I can't carry my son and shop l. Kmart had plenty so shopped there.
