Big Al's Pizza

The delivery was 40 minutes late. Nice thin pizza bases although they didn't seem freshly made, all low grade processed meat products, wrong drink given. Not hurrying back.

Good basic pizza, you know what you’re getting with this type of place. Prices are either incorrect on their website or I was overcharged. Probably won’t return but I didn’t hate it.

Place need to be clean.

Pizza's not good enough to warrant 2hr + delivery times (has happened twice now). Went to collect once after the time estimated by the website and the order wasn't even in the oven yet so had to wait another 15 minutes in the dank front of house area. Time to find a new local pizza shop.

This is a very unprofessional set up and the guy at the counter was quite rude. Ordered online and the estimated wait time was 15 mins. I arrived 20 mins later and they hadn't started making it. Told me another 15 mins. No one else came through the entire time I was there so I doubt they were too busy. Seemed to be just too lazy from what I saw. It was still 25 mins after that that I got the pizza's

Good food but had a horrible uber eats experience with these guys, the driver was told to leave the store because they were “closed” after i waited over an hour for food that never arrived

The most Usless restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. 2.45 hours late, and still never arrived. Don’t use them for deliver, hopeless. Never got food

We thoroughly enjoyed the jumbo pizza, half Hawaiian (for the kids) half meat ball mania. Friendly service! Great pizza!

Three hours and counting, but still no pizza. We weren't told there would be a delay when we ordered. Nor did we get any updates or information about why we were waiting so long. Eventually I called and spoke to Sam, who owns three franchises of the Big Al's pizza chain. He claims the reason for the delay is that they're understaffed. I understand that, these are tough times. But at no point was any of this explained to us. In fact, Sam claimed that it was too much to ask of the "small business" to let customers know that their orders might be over 3hrs late. I asked if a discount might be warranted considering the circumstances, but this King of Customer Service behaved as though I was in the wrong for even suggesting it. I have learned my lesson and will never trouble Sam with an order ever again. Also I'm pretty sure this pizza is just never going to turn up.

Good big size pizzas with a massive range but really slow service and no sense of urgency and not so great customer service

So surprised over the low reviews! This is our new favourite pizza place.delicious pizza, great price and have always been right on time.

Pizza was super, I couldn't say anything negative about it, keep up the good work big Al's, I highly recommend it & I'm definitely returning again

The service is great, the manager is so friendly and welcoming. The pasta is so good too! Not pricey either.

What is wrong with this staff? So slow takes forever. Around 40 minutes for a order I put in while I was at home another 40 minutes ago. And even when I went there they didn’t hurry up. They just made me wait for more. Really disappointed. Never again for sure!

First and last experience waste of money unprofessional staff the manager is very rude old food and very slow service. The pizza have a medicine taste lol

These guys go above and beyond for their customers, something that's becoming less common these days.

Should really disclose that the 'desserts' are just premade and frozen. Don't think anyone wants to pay $4.50 for a bland frozen strawberry cheesecake which you cannot even eat properly because it's stored frozen. Don't know about the pizzas, but stay away from the desserts

Probably some of the best pizza I've had tbh, they even accommodated for my dietary requirements and the guy who owns the store is super nice.
