Big Al's Pizza - Rowville

Delay in delivering, started to prepare the food only when we called after 60 mins. Was not apologetic either. I do understand that Covid19 impacts delays but some courtesy please.

Had 2 pizza delivered last week and turned up lukewarm one of the pizza was drowning in BBQ sauce and dripped everywhere was inedible. Rang complained offered to deliver another one 45 min later or a refund. This week we ordered 2 specific pastas one being vegatarian so they made it with meat ravioli instead of spaghetti. Rang complained they offered to deliver 45 minutes later or pick up in 15 min. No compensation or refund. Will not go back again very disappointed.
PS also ordered garlic bruschetta it was cold and soggy.

We've been buying our pizzas here for many years, and they've been great.
But the last one we got was absolute rubbish (new owners I believe). Total waste of money.
Will never go back!

Absolutely appalling. All three pizzas delivered wrong. All with my name on them though? Called to complain was told that had to go through Uber. But Uber didn’t stuff the order up? How do you get it so bloody wrong? And rude on the phone! Wouldn’t you want to correct the order? I even offered to come pick up correct pizzas due to fussy kids.
Disgusting will never order or recommend again

Extremely disappointed with ribs and wings ordered tonight. Ribs were dry and tough drowned in bbq sauce, they looked like cut up pork chops not proper ribs. Wings had the tips still on them, tasted like Coles special with bbq sauce dumped on them. Pizzas are normally good, these were terrible, so disappointed with our local franchise we have been using for 10 years. What were you thinking? You have lost a loyal customer.

Dissappointed tonight. Been going here for 20 years and the new management does not compare to the old one, and they put the prices of the pizzas up, very expensive: $130 for 9 pizzas with no garlic bread or drinks thrown in (as you used to get here and at most pizza places). Not good value for the price or quality I am afraid, and I will be going elsewhere for future.

Used to absolutely love the pork ribs but unfortunately for the last 3 orders, the ribs were overcooked and chewy. They used to fall off the bone and were delicious but the standards have definitely dropped.

Ordered some pasta only once from here via uber eats. Food arrived on time and was a such a huge size that I had plenty for the next day (which is a very good thing in my opinion). In terms of the food it was very tasty and I enjoyed it very much. Defiently going to order again next time I can't be bothered making dinner.

Used to have great pizzas from here when they first opened but the quality has gone downhill. We ordered three different pizzas and they all tasted the same. Topping not as good, less cheese and pretty bland so won't go again. What a shame

The pizza is great most of the time but the service is not great. Most staff are rude and some don’t know what they are doing, tastes great tho

When ordering my puzza was told 45 minutes to an hour for delivery which was ok. After an hour & 40 minutes i rang to see where it was, only to be told it was about to leave the store. When it finally came was not as ordered & no apology. I would recommend using another pizza store if this is their idea of customer service.

Was waiting inside for our pizza and the staff was standing around talking very loudly, carelessly and unprofessionally. I'm actually surprised that the owner/manager allowed this behaviour.

This was a good pizza shop. Would you want to pay more for a pizza with not much topping, thinner base and even looks smaller than before? I think not! Better look elsewhere if they don't lift their game!

Never been to this big als pizza but the one in boronia is so bad that I thought I would go out of my way just to give you a zero

Pizza tasted OK but $17.90 is slightly on the high side for 1 pizza especially with so many pizza shops to choose from offering great deals and specials.

Normally a 5/5.not so much lately.

Last order the base was not cooked properly and tonight ordered home delivery and after biting into the pizza finding anchovies on the pizza that was not meant to have anchovies. One way to ruin a good pizza. (Sorry anchovy lovers) Will think twice before ordering from Stud Park again.

Been getting pizza's from these blokes a while and recently had one order that was 2 hours late. After numerous calls i was told that the pizza would be remade and not cold, gets to me 3 hours after i order and is cold. I'm less than 10 minute drive away mind you.
