The pizza is great quality and really yummy! All of the staff are very friendly and they always go out of their way to provide excellent service. I’m also really happy with their prompt delivery service! Overall they are 5 stars

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!
Rude staff on the phone lacking basic customer service skills. Wasted 25 minutes of my time because a untrained staff member was put on the phones to place orders before she was ready. 3 pizzas for delivery went from $54 to $72 with no apology or acceptable explanation except for their untrained staff member screwing it up. Did receive a “you’re welcome” in response to sarcastically thanking them for wasting my time- probably time to get a real job out of customer service if you think it’s acceptable to speak to customers like that.

Probably the best pizza I have ever had! Experience at the store was delightful. Staff was super kind and food was 10/10! The manager clearly explained everything on the menu and was super kind. Store was extremely clean. Overall, I will definitely be coming back! Will be my new pizza spot for sure.

With the new management they have improved significantly! Everything is at such a higher standard, the sauce is rich in favour, the meat is not over oily and cooked to perfection, the base is crunchy and the new friendly staff are just amazing to talk to and provide a professional service

This was an extremely disappointing result from Big Al's in Rowville.

I ordered a parmigiana online, only to have the shop call me and tell me they were out of parmagianas. I understood and decided to order a pizza of "equivalent value", upon suggestion of the manager. The "Raptor" from their extreme range looked promising, so I ordered one and waited.

Upon receiving the first pizza, I discovered they had missed the mushrooms, bocconcini and shaved ham which was part of the pizza. They just weren't there. I called up and told them they'd gotten the pizza wrong, and said they'd send out a replacement.

I receive the 2nd pizza, only to find it had toppings, but they were extremely scarce. Very little shaved ham! 2 small pieces maximum! It should cover the base of the pizza! And I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of the "Italian sausage" they placed on top.

How exactly does a shop justify listing nicer toppings, add an extremely small amount, and then charge extra for it when I could get the exact same thing from your traditional range?

Done on the cheap. I should not have to actively search for toppings on my pizza, I feel cheated.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. Go down to Pizza Nova at Rowville Lakes Shopping Center instead.

Worst experience ever ordered 5 large pizza 3Margherita pizza and 2 vegetarian.they totally messed up the orders first time they gave 2 vege and 3 supreme.called and went back.then gave 2 vege and 3 Margherita but with meat pieces in it.come on how can you get 2 orders wrong … worst service will never return Again.

Very Bad Service. I didn't get what I ordered. No cheese in the pizza. Check your order before you take it home, I will never go again

Went to this pizza joint with my close friend, we both ordered 2 large pepperoni pizza's and to my surprise the was a reasonably LARGE PIECE OF FISH on both of the pizza's
will never be going here again completely disgusted, thew up after btw

So disappointed when pizza arrived tonight. Inedible. I have never seen so much cheese on a pizza! I ordered pepperoni pizza and could not find any salsmi under the oily mass of cheese. I rang to let them know that tonights chef was not doing them any favours and was responded with an "ok, whatever" attitude. Not even a sorry. Will certainly be going elsewhere next time and can't recommend them.

Ordered Big Als Special in Jumbo size from Rowville store.

Pizza was made without love. Too many toppings just thrown on like the raw minced garlic. Sauce was plain and bland. Dough was pretty thick and bready even though I wanted thin crust!

Felt sick eating it and now Ive got 8 slices left that Im not eating. Wasted $26 of hard earned money! Never ordering this again and if I don't get a response in regards to a refund then I'll be informing friends and family members on the disgusting experience!

The different sizes of pizza is what we love, they have great options. Prices are great too. Never had pizzas this good, and toppings are generous. The range on menus, is worth a try, even kids meals are generous. Delivery available, but have never used, as we pick up, so cant say how well it is in that area. Will be continue to come back. The only arguements we have had here at home, tossing to choose between Big Als and Pizza Nova, so now we alternate.equally good as each other.

Not sure about who previous owner is. But when I got the pizza today it is pretty good. Thin base, not too thick. Can be thinner though. The toppings pretty decent too. Tastes awesome I would say. Chicken Supreme pizza. Good job!
