Big Al's Pizza

Absolute rubbish. I could eat food from a bin and be more satisfied. Haven't even got my pizza yet but I guarantee I'd rather eat dog food.

Abysmal excuse for pizza.
Hawaiian pizza had 9 pieces of pineapple on the WHOLE LARGE PIZZA, zero sauce on the base and almost not cheese, essentially we had a really bad ham toastie?
The “Garlic” bread was a warmed roll with herb butter.total dinner fail, the dog even turned up her nose!
Do yourself a favor spend the extra $10 and go down the road to Liparis.

You can add or take away from the toppings.you can ask for a well done pizza to get a crispy one

If only I can give a negative 5-stars I would. It is disgusting to find a cooked fly in the pizza we bought from your shop. When we called to ask for compensation and some sort of apologies, the lady manager has dealt with this issue professionally. Although, the shop owner called and harrassed my husband afterwards. The shop owner threatened to call his "lawyer" for the pizzas compensation the lady manager has offered. He was very rude and dismissive to the fly issue. Absolutely irresponsible to your customer's health and safety.

Love this pizza place! It's my favourite pizza take away store. They always make amazing awesome pizzas.

This was the most hideous pizza I have ever had.
The person that took our order had so much trouble understanding a half/ half pizza and they did not know what the lot was and instead of getting a margarita we got a marinara (I think) because it had about six prawns on it and six mussels.
There was so much mean ham on the pizza it was just overwhelming tiny amount of cheese and no sauce.
We waited over an hour and when I called back the person I spoke with was unable to understand what I was saying eventually the pizza delivery driver called me because they had got the address incorrect.

Business has changed owners and for the worst I might add. There is an obscene amount of ham, I mean overkill. Cannot taste anything else. But the biggest problem is no friggen sauce on the base. He puts a thin layer on in the afternoon before he opens, by the time cooking comes around there is nothing but a dry layer. Have given them 3 chances to put more sauce even paid for extra only to have request ignored. WILL NOT be going back.
Will be going to T-Mans across the road from now on and recommend future customers to also.

One of the worst ones I've had in the recent times. Over phone, my wife ordered a family size vegetarian pizza with pineapple extras and she asked if they can make a traditional thick crust, which the shopkeeper said it is possible. I was near my wife when she spoke with them, so I knew what was ordered. At the time of pick up, I found the pizza size smaller than the family size and also, it was a thin crust. When questioned on the crust size, they bluffed this is the size my wife ordered.

The pizza was found to be indeed smaller than the family size, infact, smaller than the large size. To add to our worse experience, the pizza was horrible and had no taste.

Overall, its a great disappointment and shouldn't have gone for this. It was just a waste of money and time. All that I can say is Big Al's pizza is a disgrace to the pizza lovers and they are nothing but cheats.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE, WILL LEAVE IT TO THE INDIVIDUALS IF THEY STILL WANNA GO AHEAD. TERRIBLE
