Owner of a property, combined income of 230k and just wanting a rental for 12 months, applying for properties that are only 350-400 p/w and I get rejected literally 2 minutes after applying. They don't even have time to look at the application let alone form a judgement.
If I were a landlord, I'd seriously consider if the property managers were actually doing as they're paid to do.

Under Australia's uniform defamation laws, certain corporate bodies — that is, companies such as yourself — do not have a cause of action in defamation. Unlike overseas, large companies can't sue under Australian defamation law.

In any event, should you choose to attempt to have a court order imposed, you'll find my review is protected by defences to defamation. My defence is substantially true; I have expressed an honest opinion on a matter of public interest, and my opinion is based on proper material, i.e those automatic emails I receive when my application is viewed at 12: 54pm and then rejected at 12: 55pm.

But yes, continue your mindless threats. You should have all my details handy.

I have been a tenant with BFG for almost three years. I have had a few different property managers over the time spent, however each experience has been as good as the last.
Recently my partner and I decided we needed to move as we have found out we are expecting our first baby! Our property manager Michelle (Who was also amazing) handed over to Jo whom has been nothing short of amazing throughout our entire experience. Jo has absolutely helped us make this as easy of a process as possible and we are forever grateful. Jo has found us a suitable property in less than a month and also managed to lease our current property in such a short time frame and on top of us breaking our lease two months early.
Jo has been absolutely amazing and you would be lucky to have this lady as your property manager. This real estate takes the time to value and appreciate good tenants and when we buy a property we will no doubt be seeking property management services through BFG.

Have lived in one of their properties for a couple of years now and although my property manager has changed a few times, each person has been so friendly and easy to talk to. Even when I haven't been home for an inspection I left a note for my PM at the time to advise a few things and she left me a cute little note in return when I came home expressing her gratitude for how I have kept the house. 10/10 for service. Such an amazing group of people.

Signed my First Ever lease with BFG and it couldn’t of gone any smoother. All I have to do now is pick up the keys and move in!
