We have two residential investment properties that have been managed by BFG for over 5 years now and one with another company. Comparatively speaking, BFG have great staff who seem knowledgable, have good formal processes and generally excellent communication. They do seem to have a regular turnover of staff unfortunately which makes it difficult to build a history with people but I keep email records to offset this.

Special mention and praise should go to Renee who has been there a while now and is always happy to offer support and help when it's needed.

Always a pleasure to deal with the team at BFG. Super responsive and always looking to get the best outcome for all involved!

Have been with bfg for about 3.5 years now. Must say our previous experience has been very sub-par and seriously lacking over the years. Late last we were allocated a new property manager, Natalie-Townsend Booth and since then our experience has completely changed from one of ready to go elsewhere, to now very happy and satisfied with Natalie's very professional and hard working ethics. She's on top of everything needed, working for us and our property. It's a pleasure to have a committed, professional and trustworthy person looking after our property! Keep up the great work Natalie.
Nov. 2022 totally changes the above mentioned comments. Natalie mentioned above was moved or left from managing our property and yet another manager took over who was trying hard to get on top of things, then he left and another guy took over and in the matter of a couple of months he left too!
This situation with BFG property managers can only be put down to the way management is operating and staff are being treated. There is something seriously wrong with this company. My advice is to hire a local committed property manager that has stability and proven track record with their staff.
