Good range of products however the staff members are not friendly at all and lack basic customer service skills. I avoid shopping there because of this.

I couldn't get all of the items o wanted but the quality of the product and the warm customer service were great.

Just popped in for take away lunch. Falafel wrap is beyond delicious so 5 stars for that! Filled with mayo, mustard, pickles, salad and delish falafel balls, I may just eat veggo more often. Also was huge which was perfect as I was huuuungry thank you!

As always, everybody except the kitchen staff are rude and slow. The food and products are fabulous. If only the family had a clue about customer service.they ignore their most important people, the customer.

Quality of food was excellent and service delightful made my day! The front ladies are such a pleasure to deal with. What an amazing family ambient with such a customer service. I must admit it's a place not mocked up, real food for real people.

I'm not sure what the staff are getting trained here, but the few times i've been in i've been made to feel like i'm inconveniencing them. Today i went in and the lady on the till was speaking to her colleague without saying hello or even looking at me when i put my items on the counter. Whilst this was happening she didn't break conversation with her colleague. Once I finished paying there was no goodbye, no eye contact.nothing! A smile and a hello goes a long way

I've just been asked not to return to the store. I'm very hard of hearing especially when there's loud background music (I informed them of this), so was inadvertently raising my voice, during a series of misunderstandings. Finally, I was mistakenly charged $60 on my card for
a transaction of approx. $20. Luckily for me, I noticed. It then took 2 of them several minutes to reimburse me.the girl with blonde curly hair who wasnt even the one serving me told me not to come back when I complained about the service, saying I was raising my voice. I'm glad they are doing so well they can afford to kick regular customers out!

This warm and friendly organic store is organised and efficient, easy to navigate. Shop has a broad range of organic categories including fresh, packaged and bulk products with a price comparison that ain't much different to the closest competitors (Markets where I also visited).

It includes a fully serviced juice bar, tea & coffee and even sandwiches with a few tables and chairs inside. The coffee i had was fine and other customers seemed to enjoy their chai tea's.

These people know what they are talking about. Their family background is the origin of
the knowledge of pure food that sustains a great life. Andrew and his mother Judith and father Rod will ensure you are given the very best advice and service.
Not to mention great food and organic products.
