27 Brought myself some beautiful new Earrings and am very happy with them that I have not had them off my ears as yet!
One of the catches was a little loose and I took it back and Bevilles were quite happy to adjust for me! Thank you Bevilles!

Staff here need re-training. You get ignored if you dont look like youre going to buy anything. Also purchased a watch as a gift and made it clear I was buying for a gift. The box it was put in looked like it was recycled from a market and had to ask TWICE for a gift receipt. Smh! There are many jewellers in Pacific Werribee that we as customers can take our money to so cmon Bevilles get your act together if you want our money!
Worst customer service ever in Australia even 1 star is too much for them. Even they have ignored us for more than 20 minutes like i wasn't going to buy anything also they didnt even let me to touch and keep it in my hand for selection as i am going to steal their worst collection.

Excellent customer service, very friendly staff who take that extra step to help the customers, the products could be of better value.
I have to say that Claude from werribee plaza has such great customer service skills and helped me pick out a ring for my lovely wife. We chose the Michelle collection with his advice and consultation. Claude was able to provide in depth answers and was able to sway me to buy it. He goes above and beyond everytime I go there. I would recommend his service and this store thanks to him. He has a genuine personality and puts himself in the customers shoes.
