Bevilles Jewellers Werribee

I brought a set of rings but they didn't have my size so they said they would order them in and call me once they arrive in about a week. I called them after 2 weeks of no communication and was told they haven't arrived, waited another 4 weeks and called again and they finally arrived after 6 weeks. I had the set for less than 2 weeks and the main gem from one ring completely broke off. I waited longer for the rings than i actually had them. I took it back and they tried everything for me to keep the rings and after saying several times I just want a refund I was finally given one. I understand your job is sale but learn when to take no for an answer. This was my first and only experience. I wouldn't recommend.

I wasn't even going to write this review but after being signed up to the email and txt message list without my consent and trying to opt out a bunch of times but still receiving sales emails and txt I'm finding this hole experience exhausting.

Bought a bracelet made out of Stirling silver and Diamond to gift someone. The first one offered by the sales person was bent so asked for a second one. With trust, I accepted the second one without inspecting. Travelled overseas and when gave it to the person, found out two diamonds are missing which was really embarrassing. Never buying from them again and anyone buying from there, will highly recommend to inspect the item and watch what they are putting inside the box. May be check right after they hand over the product to you.

Attended Werribee Pacific store today and it was a wonderful experience! Jasmine served me and she was absolutely amazing! She is a pure example of how customer service should be delivered! She was knowledgeable, eager to help and understanding! Can not thank you enough Jasmine for your help today!

This is their silver filled rope necklace. I fail to see any silver. Good for costume jewellery.if you want something proper go to a local jeweller and don't pay these idiots superannuation and store front bills!

I had one of the worst experiences a customer could ever possibly have at this store today 9/7/22. I was served by a young Indian girl with a pony tail and glasses. She had absolutely no clue about customer service and was really arrogant and rude in her approach towards me. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store. The last time it was a different Indian girl with highlights in her hair. Why is it that they don't wear a name tag when other jewellery store staff have their name tags on? Firstly you need to educate staff on customer service etiquette and manners before anything else. All the Indian girls in this store need to be fired and replaced with mature age staff in my opinion i.e. If Bevilles is interested in getting any business at this store!
Oh well you missed out on a $2000 sale, as I took my business to Salera's Jewellers on both occasions!

They need to fire one of the workers from that store. I received no help on a click-and-collect order from this store. I called to confirm it was there and the man was so annoyed and was being aggressive for no reason. He sounded like he would hit me if i was there in person and the phone was passed around three-four times to different staff as they didnt want to help me. As a retail worker myself, these people have not learnt about customer service and am very confused on how they got hired. They refunded my click and collect without me asking and said it wasnt there and I never ordered from here again. So glad i did not and whoever sees this should not no matter what the owner says as he is lying and I am sure he was on the phone.

Fantastic customer service! I’ve honestly never had such a positive experience with sales staff at any store before, the amount of care Naz put into making sure we got exactly what we were looking for is commendable. If you’re ever looking for a good jewellers, Bevilles Werribee is the place to go!

Absolutely unprofessional. Provided misleading information. They sale faulty Jwellery. Displaying some Jwellery where diamonds were missing. They don’t look after customers. Highly not recommend.

What fantastic staff and they were all so pleasant and very friendly which made our shopping an experience. Alaya and April were so helpful and we would surly shop there again. Kudos to the staff and the shop at Werribee pacific mall

This review is on behalf of my mother Rita Magro as she isn't able to write this herself. She was served by Cecilia at Werribee Plaza Bevilles and has said that Cecilia was extremely helpful and supportive. Customer service was above standards. Cecilia helped my mother to get her ring delivery changed to Werribee Plaza which is local to her instead of another store which was going to be much further away. Cecilia was very nice and easy to deal with. Thank you

I got my ring on Valentine's from here and a Pic also gorgeous ring.staff spent time with us and were very informative. Good experience. We bought the one on the bottom and saved also.l was a very happy.

Horrible service. They took all my money upfront and said the order will be ready in 2 or 3 weeks.it's been 3 weeks with no update on my order. They won't pick up their phone either. At the time of purchase, we were misled to believe the item will be ready at the promised time, which induced the purchase. And now the promised time has passed and still no item. I will have to raise this issue further if I don't hear back soon.

A idiot put my necklace in a bag after grabbing out of the show case and then he put it in the necklace box and triple knotted it around the case so it wouldn’t become loose and now the triple knot won’t undo

One of the best costumer service I received from Bhumi Very professional and she keeps patience in busy hours and understand customer needs very well.

Worst service today had a member of the team walking around doing nothing no acknowledgement of customers just stood there waiting for a solid 10-15 minutes for her to come up to us and ask if we needed help.

We went to exchange something today any the girl who served me was the worst. She was quite unhappy as I called her for help not willing to show me anything. I had to call her and almost had to force her to help me. I can’t believe a store like this can have such low label customer service. I will make sure not to go back to this store

The Manager Fab really takes time to make his customers feel important, his jewellery knowledge makes sure you get quality at a good price, he is also very patient and lovely to to talk to.

One particular staff member is very very rude, stares at you up & down & can't be bothered assisting customers at all.

Just had a very positive experience at Bevilles Jewellery in Werribee Plaza. We were looking for a classic styled dress watch & with the help of an attentive salesperson, Claude from memory, we found a beautiful watch for around 55% off on sale. Amazing!
