I was in today with my very shy goddaughter and shopping for some silver studs. We received excellent service from Lily Mansell (I hope I got your name right) who helped my goddaughter to make a couple of great choices all with courtesy and understanding. Then when I wanted to look at a men's silver bracelet Lily was again able to recommend a couple and helped fit them for comparison. I could not ask for better service. Thank you.

My partner I and went to the Chadstone store on Sunday to look at engagement rings.
We were greeted by a lovely staff member called Carmen. Her customer service was fantastic. She patiently explained everything we need to know and nothing was a problem.
I think good customer service should be recognised when one experiences it.

Very unhelpful staff, poor customer service, bought a watch of fossil brand, the number was fell off, went again to beville's for repair after 45 mins I have got my turn and they took the watch and said take upto 8 weeks, after a month got a call that watch was not under warranty I have to pay for the repair, call the fossil, they said thar this repair doesn't come under warranty, so disappointed, they are totally fraud

Attended this shop one Sat morning and found the vibe very unwelcoming. Wanted to buy a chain to add to a gift. Unhelpful and disengaging staff. Purchase a Silver chain in another store in Chadstone where the service was amazing. Not returning to Bevilles anytime soon.

It would be great if the staff in the Chadstone store could bother to pick up the phone! After giving up on them I tried the national customer service line and that call also went unanswered. Shocking customer service

Was sold a faulty item, the lady couldnt wait to get rid of me to go serve other customers. Really poor customer service.

Absolutely hopeless. Found something on sale & confirmed the price of $50 with one lady.

Then I proceed to the counter and ask to pay for the ring, it was $50 (even the First Lady confirmed it was on sale) they said sorry it’s not on sale anymore it was last week, and the proceeded to set up the eftpos machine for $200.

Why is the customer service so bad? If it said it was on sale than I should be able to buy it at the price advertised!

After waiting 36 minutes & demanding to speak to the manager they decided to sell it at the price I was originally offered.

Will not be returning.

The worst customer service I ever got in Australia. I have never felt more mislead in my life. My husband bought a necklace for me for Christmas. The chain broke in less than one week. When we went to have it replaced, while on warranty, and the sales staff told us very disrespectfuly that warranty doesnt cover broken chains.when you buy stuff from them everything is covered by warranty. When your purchased item breaks, guess what.they tell you to forget about warranty. The warranty 'policy changes' accordingly to if you are buying or having a legit problem with the purchased product.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEVILLES CHADSTONE OR THIS BRAND EVER AGAIN.

Worst customer service. Got ripped off buying a watch. They overprice and then discount to make it out as if you are buying it cheaper. Only to find out I bought it for full price in the end with the discount. Shame on you!
