Larrisa was very helpful and patient with me, she guided me to choose the right jewellery for my loved ones.

When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Jean. We didn’t end up buying anything but she was so warm and welcoming when we were looking around. She offered to show us jewellery up close, and showed us a beautiful collection. Such great customer service, will 100% be going back! Thank you Jean for a wonderful experience

Went in just to get my fingers sized and the girl who served me, Melissa, was patient, pleasant and friendly and took the time to help even though it seemed very busy

Mismeasured the size of my fiancès finger by over 2 sizes somehow. Despite the fact the older portly grey haired women is a supposed professional, she managed to get the measurement so morbidly incorrect that our custom designed ring will need to be remade. Incredibly disappointed in her expertise, service and attitude.
Costs us more money, headache and time

Walked into the store Saturday morning where all the staff were huddled talking and the older lady just looked at me until I asked for help. I requested to look at rings and she sent me over to one area of rings and then told me that they didn’t have what I was looking for. I asked to see other rings and she just left me without assisting me or offering other options.

I asked nick for help and he honestly was the best. He took me through and showed me different rings and allowed me to try them on and even to take photos of the rings. He provided me with amazing customer service unlike that older lady who needs some training in service. I ended up spending $250 on a gold ring which Nick helped me pick out and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of found it so thank you Nick, appreciate you.

A faulty watch was sent for repair under warranty, but was not able to be repaired. It took a prolonged and unpleasant interaction with the manager (Jarrod) to obtain a refund. He didn't even bother to suggest trying to obtain an identical watch as a replacement.

Outstanding customer service at Bevilles in Chadstone shopping centre! I saw a ring that I loved and surprisingly they had it available in my size. Since the ring was a bit pricey they offered to put it away so I can have a look around. I ended up buying the ring and NAOMI the sales assistant was amazing! Her customer service skills are out of the world. Would definitely visit bevilles in chadston again if I’m back in Melbourne.

Although my initial review was one expressing frustrations and anger towards the service experience, I have come back to acknowledge the positive end result I experienced as a customer.

Yes, initially there were SO MANY ISSUES, fortunately they were resolved.slowly.but resolved.

Not accommodating. I tried to get a staff's attention by gesturing, saying excuse me and making eye contact but she ignored me a few times and instead walked around the shop looking for someone else to serve, even though everyone was already getting assistance.

Today was new watch day, choosing a Citizen PROMASTER Automatic Diver' s 200m as my daily wear. Kanchan was amazing with her customer service, so much so, I bought another Diver. Seiko Prospex Padi Divers 200m Solar Chronograph in "Pepsi" colorway.sick! Haley helped with a very long 5 transaction payment due to cc pin difficulties at my end! Thanks Kanchan and the team! Placed an order for my mum as I was travelling overseas and went to pickup the ring, they misplaced it and said I won't be able to get that ring which I paid for and they are happy to give me my money back. WTH.
I had to delay my flight, book another ticket because of their negligence and they did not compensate me and because of their mistake the $1000 ring cost me $3600 as I have to book the ticket again.
Pathetic.

Hi raheel here. Their service is extremely professional and I highly recommend to visit this store. They have unique products on a very good price and they genuinely care for their customers.

Lady didn't even respond to me or my partner, did her job but acted as though we were a burden.not great. Very disrepectful and uniformative when asked if there is any products that are similar to what we were looking at.
