Betty's Burgers & Concrete Co. reviews
53 Alex's service was excellent and he really made my time here enjoyable.
I definitely recommend saying hi to Alex when you visit Betty's Burgers at Elizabeth Street:)
Food is unreal here, customer service is honestly some of the best you’ll ever experience. Cant find a better place to eat, thanks Alex for looking after us
Food was absolutely DELICIOUS, Alex is such a happy and positive person, made the experience so much better and makes us want to come back, thank you Alex?
Burger was fantastic, unfortunately I ordered thick chips for $7 they come in a tiny bucket they were disgusting they tasted like they were from a previous order especially waiting 20min for my meal you'll think the chips would of been fresh
They have great food at a reasonable price and they are busy which is a reliable indicator of the quality of the food.
I had a classic burger and chips, very tasty, fresh, quick and friendly service. As coeliac, a place that I trust - special shout out to Annika and Sienna!
Extremely unhelpful customer service. And refused to remake an order that had not been despatched over an hour after it was prepared.
Employees too busy dancing in the kitchen and being on phone's instead of doing their job, burgers came out cold and with a bug in the lettuce. Very childish and unprofessional behaviour from staff.
I was VERY disappointed with my dining experience! 13th Nov 2021 @6.45pm.
I put in an order for $78 and asked for 2 cups of tap water. I was told that this could not be done, so I ordered a bottle of water to add to my order.
The customer that came after me asked for 2 cups of tap water and got a resounding "SURE" by the same staff member.
I voiced my opinion on the matter and another staff member added that the staff member was new and didn't know that this could be done!
I DON'T THINK SO!
She couldn't have had more training inbetween me and the next customer!
AS I told the staff. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
All staff should treat all customers with the same respect. I found the staff Cold and distant.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Checked our COVID-19 passports and allowed us to choose a seat anywhere in the restaurant.
Plenty of seating available which is perfect during these uncertain times. It means you're not sitting elbow to elbow with the patrons next to you.
Ordered the 'Shroom Burger', 'French Fries', 'Onion Rings' and 'Chocolate Thickshake'. All of these items were fresh, delicious and very tasty.
Restaurant wasn't too busy when we dined, so we didn't feel rushed. We were able to sit and enjoy the views of the Her Majesty's Theatre for a while after we finished eating.
Was there on Wednesday and the staff were super accomodating even though they were really busy especially Georgia who made sure we had everything we needed and was a dream interacting with my kids! Would definitely go back again!
Good burgers, reasonably pricy, but you get what you pay for, I’m happy to pay if they’re this good.
Just went to bettys in exhibition st in melbourne, and spent $18 on a bun that had been ran over by a sream roller, a small peice of chewy chicken, 1 slice of tomato, half a lettuce leaf. The chips wernt much better.bettys make make macdonalds look great. What a terrible experience all round
Tenders were basically nuggets, and burger assembly was poor. Service was ok, but unfortunately Betty wasn't there that day. Maybe Betty's presence would've improved the overall experience. 3/5
Went to the one on exhibition street and had a classic for the first time, amazing quality and proportions! Order was super good, props to the guy with a manbun who made it
Burgers were delicious, love this place. The milkshakes are super tasty and that cookie dough ice cream is unforgettable.
A convenient quick eats spot, locations around the city, a fair variety of options even if ur gets aren’t your thing (I got fish and chips). The fries game could definitely be stronger, but overall enjoyed my lunch and will definitely be returning to see what the actual burgers are like, but my friend really enjoyed his meal too.
Wait staff fantastic, speed of food to table great. Actual food, quantity left me feeling underwhelmed, hungry and looking for more. Ordered a chicken supreme with a side of French fries. For the price I expected alot more. Plenty of other burger places available, so I certainly won't be going back.
Food took forever (around 30mins) bacon and top bun on burger was cold af, like they cooked it in bulk and refrigerated it then slapped it in the burger expecting it to warm up but it just cooled down the rest of the burger. Probably just go to any other burger joint - not the modern burger experience you’ll be expecting
EDIT - after they replied below I contacted them and they asked for a bunch of details like what time and day I ate but never offered anything to remedy my bad experience in return!
